Good, but...
It is a good „tourist“ guide (not to be a tourist), but I wasn‘t so convinced of the restaurant recommendations. It is really hard to find something good and reasonable in Paris, so you have to trust recmmendations, be lucky or fall for a tourist trap. We had all of the described. But for example the recommendation of the book led us to a small restaurant, which was nice, but for a 15,90€ salad you can expect a bit more. To have an actual FRESH salad!! That was quite disappointing!

My girlfriend loved it ( valentines gift). We are planning our trip to Paris around the book, we both can’t wait.Such a nice book to flick though and get inspiration from. Well worth it.

We will never be tourists in Paris again.
We love this book. It took us to some fabulous places in Paris we would never have known about. A few things have closed or changed hands since the book was first published so always cross reference on google maps - would absolutley love a new edition! We’ll definitely purchase it!!

A brilliant way to see Paris
An absolute gem, if you are planning to visit Paris this book is a must, not your ordinary dull guide book, this book takes you by the hand and shows you Paris as the local people see it, without doubt Messy Nessy will change your view of paris in ways you would not believe possible...........you will not want to leave !. Do not expect the usual Eiffel Tower, Louvre etc, Nessy takes you into the 'Belly of Paris' savouring every step. Even if you do not plan to visit Paris but love the City, this book will enhance that love.The book is itself luxurious, superbly designed and put together, just like Paris itself I suppose !Highly recommended, sets a new standard in 'guide books'
