Like the shoes and the lining is comfortable. Probably should have gone up 2 sizes instead of 1. They’re on the short side.

I really like the shoes but they are so small. I generally wear a 9-10. I ordered an 11 and they are too small.So I got them ready to return for a larger size and my dog got ahold of the shoe and tore a hole in the liner.I want to add that the footbed is thicker than my previous pair that I ordered from another company.Another bonus is the liner unsnaps so you can take them out and wash them!Order up "2" sizes

Before I ordered these I knew to ask whether these were American size 12 or Chinese size 12. My first inquiry was answered only with a statement that they were lined and might be a tight fit. So I rephrased my question. The second response got an answer to my question with the added information that "If my feet were fat", these were going to be tight. I think this says something about how the seller thinks of Americans. None the less, I ordered two pair.When they arrived, the first thing I noticed was how light they are. Upon examining them I noted the reason being very thin construction. Then when I put them on, I found out what they meant by a tight fit. I had to squirm my feet into them quite vigorously. I hoped they would stretch a little. Next day As I tried to remove them for some reason, I noted that the lining didn't stay put in the footbed. In fact, the lining came almost all the way out as I removed the shoes. Whatever glue is used for the lining is very weak and now the lining is like a sock only attached by the two snap buttons on the sides.I don't think I'll be doing business with these folks again.

these are replacements for worn out pair.may have to go half size bigger. idk.

Loved the comfort but bought my true size and they were too small.

I ordered a mens size 12 when I needed an 11 and it fits like a men's size 9-10. The fit was way smaller than I had expected.

Thought these were similar to CROCS. They were not, not even close . Of course Crocs cost more but I should have spent the extra. You get what you pay for.

*UPDATE*Amazon was kind enough to refund my money and told me to keep the shoes. Sounds like they don’t want them either 😂 Thank you Amazon ! You Rock !!This item is cheap thin plastic and the lining was glued to the heel making it difficult to remove when it comes time to remove to wash. The fit is small in length. I requested a return and they expect me to pay for the return postage. Ridiculous! I requested they send me a return label that I don’t pay for. These shoes wouldn’t last long before they fall apart. And for the glue….it looks like something my 2 year old grandchild did for a project. Drips all over. GARBAGE !!

J'avais commandé une pair de pantoufles semblables, mais d'une autre compagnie, de pointure 11. Je les ai retournées car, même si la pointure 11 me convient habituellement, celle-là était trop petite.Ensuite, pour celle-ci, j'ai vu qu'ils annonçaient une pointure 12 que j'ai choisi de commander en pensant que cette fois ça irait. Mais, on m'a envoyer exactement la même grandeur (=45 en européen) que pour mon premier essai. Déçu par ces incohérences, je les ai encore retournés et je devrai me tourner vers autre chose qu'Amazon pour remplacer mes vielles pantoufles.C'est triste que Croc ne fabrique plus le modèle que j'apprécie.

It was way too hot with the insert, I had to remove it to clean it but turns out you can’t disassemble it so I tore it down. I prefer it without the insert as it was too hot with it and my feets were sweating.

I wear a size 8.5 in almost everything I own, I purchased the 11 Women / Men 9, my heel was right on the edge, I would say these fit just a little small.
