I got this 20” carry-on in white because it was a deal at $70. I was also considering other more expensive brands, and the Quince 20” carry-on. I decided on this one because I didn’t want to invest heavily in something I may only use a couple times per year. But I did want the durability of a polycarbonate frame and a lock. The tone of this white is actually much prettier and more cream-like in person than in the listing - so I was pleasantly surprised by how stylish it actually looks. I’ve been a budget backpacker my whole life, so this was my first-ever wheeled luggage purchase. With that said, the wheels were very smooth and the whole unit exceedingly pleasurable to use on my one-week vacation to Isla Mujeres. Even on uneven stamped concrete sidewalks and broken-up pavement, this luggage was easy to wheel. We walked 1.5 km over uneven terrain with it no problem. Likewise, packing it was a dream. The zippered side is incredibly useful and I fit so much stuff in here, packing for one week was no problem for me and some of my kid’s stuff. There are two surface zippered pockets that I used for flat things like masks, papers, and flat snacks that I appreciated. The quality of the stitching inside looks a little uneven and puckered, but otherwise the quality of this carry-on seems very good and the handle doesn’t have too much give. I used this as a true carry-on while flying AA and, along with my travel backpack as a personal item, I had zero issue getting it down the aisle and in/out of the overhead. It was so easy. While I can’t compare it to others or speak to its longevity, as someone who is generally very picky and aesthetically-sensitive, this carry-on was an absolute pleasure and joy to travel with, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it at this price point. We’ll see how it holds up.

So sturdy, so pretty! This is such a great value no scratches and great space! Very light weight and they all fit in one another so storage isn’t a problem! We love them!

This bag worked well. It rolls effortlessly throughout the airports and various hotel lobbies, etc. The lock worked well and it is pretty lightweight. The outside did get marred up with the numerous hotel changes and physical contact with the bag/case. I don't know if the marks will rub out. They don't matter to me that much, but know that it does mark easily if that is an issue for you. My fear was that it might crack (as I saw in reviews of OTHER cases) but the integrity of the case was good and withstood 4 airports and 5 hotels. The space was also good and it has a zippered closed off space on one half so when you open it (so long as you open it laying on the right side) you don't have to manage the stuff inside that zippered space. That helps but somehow it feels awkward to open it every time, too heavy maybe? I'm comfortable with my purchase, though if I were to go looking for luggage again I'd look for something that is EXPANDABLE. My bag was quite full leaving for my trip which meant no real space to add more into it when I found treasures to buy. Just a thought that I didn't value until it was too late. Determined, I did stuff more into it, and still had no integrity loss of the zipper or any closure material so that definitely says good things. My only (1 less star) issue was the size/expandability restriction, but that's just the way the bag/case comes.

We purchased the top ten roller bags under $300 in our hopes to find the best roller bags. This one didn’t make the top ten, but since my wife and I were buying new luggage, we decided to get our 11-year-old son his first bag and bought this one for him. We were surprised by how well it held up for the price, and competed with the best of the best. it was genuinely comparable to several of the more expensive options we tested. It didn’t finish on the podium or bump anyone out of the top ten, but for the money, this bag is awesome and punches well above its weight.

I got the 20” carry-on in black, and honestly, I’m really happy with it. For what you pay, it’s a solid deal. I’ve taken it on a few trips so far and it’s held up great. The polycarbonate frame feels durable, and the built-in lock is super handy. The wheels roll really smoothly no issues at all so it’s easy to walk around the airport with. I love that there are a couple of zippered pockets inside for smaller stuff like socks, brushes, or chargers. I managed to fit a whole week’s worth of clothes and essentials in this bag, so I didn’t even need to check one. Definitely a good buy!

Fantastic roller bag. My last one (a Delsey) had a constantly-stuck handle that was driving me crazy, but it was voluminous, and I didn't want to replace it with anything smaller. It took a couple hours of research before I came across this one. It's BIG. Bigger than almost all other roller bags (besides the Delsey). Yet I've never had the slightest bit of trouble fitting it into a standard overhead compartment. Being hard-sided helps: no weird erratic bulges that can make it hard to shove in. Once I went hard-sided, I never looked back. If you need to fill it over capacity, try unzipping the expanding zipper, sitting on it, and then zipping it back down to a normal size. I've brought this bag on extensive travels now, and have had zero problems with it. Did I mention it is BIG? I think this is the most capacious carry-on that you can actually carry on. Great for those 3–4 week trips where you don't want to check bags. Pair with an absurdly large travel backpack that somehow still fits under the seat in front of you, and you're good to go anywhere, for any length of time.

Me encantó, sólo la he usado en un viaje pero todo bien. El material se siente muy resistente aunque lo que me gustó mucho es la estética, el acabado es un satinado casi matte, mucho menos brillante de lo que se ve en las fotos. El logo es pequeño y discreto. El único detalle sería el “handle” o agarradera, que tiene un poco de “rattling” o vibraciones. Pero igual lo tienen otras marcas más caras. Veremos como se comporta a futuro. Por el momento 5 estrellas cerradas.

This a nice little carryon. It seems well made and one side has a zippered cover so you can pack things you don't want seen by the general public if you have to open the case (like underwear). It seems solid and if you open the exterior right up it gives you a lot more room. It's supposed to be waterproof as well which is going to be tested as I am taking it to Costa Rica in May. Started packing this case yesterday and was surprised at how much it holds. Have been assured by the manufacturer that this has a warranty on it but am guessing I won't be using it! Very happy with this.

Great for those little getaways. Compartments are good size and quality is great.
