Whilst I've seen other products about which are used to spread struts and more, I wanted one that is metal, the produce is pretty strong, fits into the gap of the strut pretty perfectly and easily used, I like that it comes with a socket which is needed to use the device which is lovely, I've used it twice and both times it did the jobs perfectly, easy to use and happy with the price I paid.

Would give no stars if I could broke within 15 mins of using it

I bought this Spurtar strut spreader tool to help with suspension work on my VW, and it worked perfectly. The adjustable 5.0-10.5mm range allows for a good fit, and the 1/2" drive socket with 17mm hex makes it easy to use with a ratchet or breaker bar. The tool feels sturdy and well-made, and it made removing the struts much easier compared to other methods. A must-have for anyone working on VW, Audi, BMW, or similar vehicles. Would definitely recommend!

This worked really well and took a beating! After struggling to get the suspension off of a Ford C-Max, this really did pay off. It's as tough as a tough thing and decent quality.

This tool was quite good a bit fiddly could do with being a bit bigger to help holding it in place while fastening the nut does the job it's a tool that is definitely needed to make the job easier
