Polo Brown PU Leather 3+2 Seater Sofa Suite

We bought these sofas and we were aware they are pretty cheap but we did expect to be able to sit on them. After having the sofas for a couple of weeks the three seated was dipping in the middle and felt odd to sit on. We contacted the company sent pictures of the sofa. The man I spoke to contacted me via phone and said that another person had reported the same issue and the factory had admitted to a fault on the sofas. Few weeks later the sofa was changed. We thought that would be the end of that but no!! 8 weeks later the same problem with the three seated has occurred. Thinking the man would be reasonable as this seems to be a pattern with the furniture I emailed him and explained the problem and as this was the second time its happened we would like a refund not a swap. His advert boasts a 12 month warranty after 8 weeks the three seated is broken. We are sensible people we hadn't been bouncing around on there and we are not obese. We expect a three seated sofa to be able to hold two average size adults. He then calls us and very rudely says he will not exchange the sofa or give a refund. He then said there was nothing wrong with the last one, but that seems odd as of the phone call we had stating another woman had the same problen and why would he replace both sofas if there nothing wrong with them. VERY RUDE!!! So if you want to buy a sofa and expect the company to uphold a warranty on the item don't bother with this company. To add to this amazon have not helped at all, even though the item has 12month warranty they refuse to help and have closed the issue. We are left with an expensive useless sofa. Ripped off.

Nice sofas poorly handled before and during transit ,also on arrival small sofa all marked and scuffed at front poorly manufactured staples showing, large one ripped underneath very disappointed ! Poor after care can't contact seller ,would've been responsible for returning them myself and paying so have ended up keeping them , I know they were cheap expected better that

Item and delivery was great but after less than a month, the larger sofa creeks and cracks when you sit on it (Carefully) and you sink to the centre on both of them, so quality is very poor.I know the price is cheap but these are cheaper than cheap in quality, can see another suite being purchased before the year is out (If they last)
