Seems expensive but this is the pan to have, life time guarantee, who knew you was supposed to change pans every seven years, well we certainly didn't allowing all sorts to leech into food, with birth of my kid didn't want to take a chance so here we are , it's good can cook eggs fine if lightly oiled and heated properly before application to steam release, it doesn't scratch and I love that it can go in the oven, worth it !! ,

The pan isn’t non-stick in the sense that a brand new Teflon coated pan is non-stick. It behaves like a stainless steel pan, get it hot, use oil and you can cook eggs and steaks no problem. However, for the price this is my everything pan and some things do stick to it and are a pain to clean by hand. However, stick it in the dishwasher or let it cool then heat some water up and it’s like new. It’s certainly not zero care. I’ve cooked all sorts in it and it performs brilliantly. Eggs, sausages, chicken, chilli, stir fry, shallow frying, Mexican, literally anything. Having the lid really helps with its versatility. Things to note - it needs looking after, it’s very heavy even when empty, the handle can get hot and the lid handle gets hot quickly. Not ideal for elderly people with low dexterity. Finish is spot on. I bought it expecting 10+ years of service and after a month of daily use it looks like new. If it lasts that long it will be cheaper than buying and replacing decent traditional non-stick pans as their coating wears off. Highly recommend if you’re willing to look after it.

This is wonderful. Nothing burns, nothing sticks, cleans so easily. It can go in the oven and the dishwasher (but just a rinse under the tap is usually enough) And no forever chemicals. Best kitchen utensil I have ever bought.

Very expensive and and not very non stick

Pricy but well worth it, quality for sure, just feels right so far so good best pan by far 👍

When opening the box, there was a rattle which turned out to be the button on the handle that holds the spatula had come off, it’s not essential as the spatula still sits on the handle, but not a good start. Saying that I have used this pan daily and it works. The brush supplied to clean it is very stiff and I was initially scared of scratching it, but that was not an issue and cleans well, but, it’s already losing a lot of bristles, cooking for 5 though I could have gone for a bigger pan, but the depth is good. Just watch out for the lid it can get very hot as it’s all metal including the handle.

The pan is non stick, if you read the instructions that come with it properly and apply seasoning as detailed through a little oil. Cleaning the pan is easy provided you read the instructions. The pan also comes with its own scrubbing brush to get off the most stubborn burnt on food. I do have some grease stains in the outer of the pan, they’ll be delt with using some bar keepers mate later. Thus far no complaints at all, hoping to be able to say the same a year or more from now.

My wife loves it. Non stick without a film that scratches off. Quite a deep pan to make more food. Looks really nice. Fits in the oven too. Overall, really happy with it.
