It does upset my stomach a little bit but after a week of taking it daily my stomach has settled. I do feel like it's giving me energy and helping with muscle recovery.

I’ve been taking this for about a week now after workouts so it’s too soon to comment on results. It may be helping with endurance but tbh I can’t really tell. It is flavorless and mixes well so super easy to drink! Upset my stomach one or two days briefly but I think that will go away after consistency.

first thing first. this tastes amazing, 2nd it has definitely helped my digestion and help me gain a bit of strength and muscle. it dissolves very well, this is always a little bit of the grains in the bottom but it taste so good you can't even tell. definitely worth the money and there is so much it will last a long time.
