Perfect fit. Does stretch a bit after awhile but stays on for the most part except for the very bottom even in high wind.

I'm ordering my 4th Napoleon cover now. The first one came with the grill at installation. The 2nd one was part #68666. Then the part number changed and I had to get my 3rd one, part #61666. Now I'm ordering my 4th cover for the Pro 665 built-in grill head. Initially they fit perfectly, but with time the elastic that runs along the bottom stretches out and it hangs loosely. The 3rd one that's on the grill now should've been replaced 2+ years ago. It starts stretching at the bottom after 1-2 years, somewhere in that time frame. I actually have 2 bricks on it at the top to keep it from blowing away in gusty winds.

Initially the cover looked great and fit island grill ok.However within months the elasticity of the cover was useless and now the cover will not stay on the grill.I purchased this one specifically because it was made for the exact grill I have. However after seeing the poor performance over time I would highly recommend finding a different cover that fits better
