I ordered a Urolithin A supplement shipped from the United States, and I’m very satisfied with the service. The delivery arrived within the expected timeframe, actually even a bit earlier. The packaging was excellent, and the product arrived completely intact. I had no issues with customs and no additional charges. I’ve just started using the supplement, but so far the quality seems very good. I’ll see how the effects develop over time, but overall the experience has been very positive.

Update: They sent me a new certificate of Purity dated 10/24/2025 This Urolithin A seems too be legit. Wish they had a newer certificate of purity since the one they show us is over a year old. Price was good as a first time buyer (They gave a coupon for $50 off or something like that) Not sure I will buy at the full price though if I can get it for less from somewhere else. I like the bulk powder format. Taste is super mild. Can't really taste anything which is nice since it's not in a capsule.

It's really hard to rate a product like this so I'll start with a little bit about what I've learned about Urolithin A. Urolithin A is said to be a cellular energy booster for strength, endurance, healthy aging and muscle recovery. It is actually produced in most bodies by gut microflora from foods rich in ellagitannins such as pomegranates, strawberries and walnuts. Its action is said to boost cellular energy in the mitochondria and thus improve mitochondrial health. There have been studies performed to see how Urolithin A improves this action in the body. The company Aeternum states all products are highest purity and 3rd party tested. Product comes as a grainy off white powder, directions are that Urolithin A can be taken sublingually, with or without food. I tried it sublingually, found it dry and grainy. I mixed some in water and took it that way. There is little to no taste. I did experience some bloating. Time will tell its effectiveness. There is a note on the packaging that says the serving size of 500mg to 1,000 mg is a "Suggestion Only. Products of this nature to be taken in consultation with a medical professional." Comes with a 500 mg scoop.

this is a very fine powder with a beige color. it kind of smells like vinegar. i am excited to use this in my skincare products. urolithin has been shown in clinical studies to prevent UVA damage when applied topically and not a lot of products include this ingredient. i am excited
