Handheld Welding Machine 110V 120A Portable Electric Welding Machine, IGBT Inverter Stick Welder with 6 Variable Current Adjustment for 3/32"-1/8" Welding Rod Tool

I have several welders, but this little hand-held welder is awesome. You just plug it in, ground your work and run a bead! It's that easy! Of course, there's some prep (grinding, brushing, etc.) involved like with any welding project. Always use safety equipment, too. Just because it's easy to use, don't discount the need for safety equipment. It may not be quite as easy to use as a wire-feed, but it's fun. I like stick-welding personally, so maybe I'm biased. But, I wholeheartedly recommend this welder.

This welder is not for big or even perhaps medium jobs. But they don’t advertise it for that either. It will weld however and works very well on thin metals. I was surprised how well it did work.

I bought the 110 v.. it worked great. I didn't have any problems with it... It does pull some amps in the house so it'll be leery of your breakers.. and if you use 1/8 rods rods... It didn't really work for me. I don't think there was enough horsepower. It would have to be the 220 version...3/32 rods which is right in the middle of the Three different sizes they recommend... I didn't have any problems with it at all... I am not a welder by no means .. so I think for small projects... You shouldn't have any problems at all...

Admittedly, I've only practiced with this a few times but it appears to lay down a good strong bead for the materials I practiced on...much handier than having to drag out the old 'cracker box' Lincoln welder, especially when the last two garages haven't had a 220V connection. Looking forward to using this on several products I've got lined up for it.

Let me start out by saying I'm not a welder. I have a small mig welder and I have "successfully" welded a few things around the house but it wasn't pretty by any stretch.I got this little welder because of the previous reviews. Everyone said it worked great and was easy to use. They are correct. This little tool is very easy to use. Much easier for us newbies that have no idea what we're doing. I've welded a few different things for small projects I've done and it came out MUCH better with this tool than my mig welder. Still not a beautiful seam but much nicer, much cleaner and requiring for less grinding and clean-up. I recommend for anyone that doesn't use a welder regularly. You really can't go wrong at this price point.

Don't waste your money on this item. I purchased it in February. Used it for the first time today April 29. It arked and it stopped. Deader than a doornail, and no refund due to over 30 days since purchase. It is garbage, I've been welding for years, I know what I'm doing. This item is junk before you receive it.
