Its been 7 days using this acer 27 inch Smart Monitor and till now the experience has been very good. 1st of all i wanna make some points very clear before anyone buys it 1. Its an IPS 1080 FHD display so not that good for professional work like programming, or doing something which requires you to sit close to the monitor however it does the job but if you need immersive experience then because of the less pixel density the screen pixels are somehow visible other than that its great for watching HD content from 2.5 feet or further away from the screen surely you will get amazing Picture Quality. One thing more which didn't liked 60Hz refresh rate which is very less. If you are looking for a 27inch monitor for programming or some high professional stuffs then go for a 2k or 4k ips panel with 100Hz refresh rate. 2. Its an 1080p ips screen with 99% srgb so colors are accurate and good, it also comes with HDR 10 so no compromise with the display quality. You will definitely enjoy watching Netflix, Prime Video, and all the other web OS supported apps. 3. Connectivity wise this monitor is fully fledged no compromises at all 3 X HDMI , 2 X USB, 1 X RJ 45 (LAN ), 1 X 3.5 mm jack. it also comes with built in wifi and Bluetooth. 4. Viewing angles are very good. 5. You will need a 16 Amp socket be prepared for it prior before it gets delivered 6. Setup is very easy you can setup the monitor by your own and has very good build quality no compromises, feels premium 7. Screen is vesa mount enabled and if you are using with stand then its hight is adjustable horizontally as well as you can rotate the display and use it vertically. 8. Inbuilt Speakers are not that much great although it will do the average job of yours but for better experience connect a soundbar or a home theatre with it for good sound quality via 3.5mm or via BT 10. Remote works great, build quality if the remote is also impressive. you will get batteries inside the package itself. Its a BT remote works from any angle also comes with voice assistant but accuracy is not great but sometimes does the work 9. Verdict : If you are a light PC user and you do some browsing, or watch more multimedia content or even if some MS excel or word kind of thing then you can go for it blindly. It won't disappoint you. For a small room this acer smart monitor + TV is a amazing choice and can be considered as value for money. I have also reserched about LG smart monitor 27inch variant which also comes whith the similar specs but with some major differences, but i preferred acer because 1. Acer has good connectivity options like 3 HDMI's and 1 LAN port which is missing from the LG smart monitor, 2. Remote has some additional features like separate buttons for play and pause, 3. remote batteries are AAA types which is more accessible in the market. 4. Acer monitor stand can be adjusted height wise or can be rotated vertically. 5. Acer has Antiglared screen

Pros: Firm Height Adjustable Stand - Great build Quality - Great look - 360 Rotation! Viewing TV is great experience All apps are superfast! Wireless Headphone / Speaker connectivity Remote is awesome! Soft keys and fully functional. I like it! Cons: Screen is big and display is very bright - Eyes would pain after working few minutes - I found workaround by reducing brightness of monitor to 0 and turning on Dark (black) theme for windows! This helps me to use this monitor for long hours without issues Stand is going to occupy good amount of space so you would need big table. Also, can't use monitor sitting very close to it. So need extra space to work from some distance Wireless projection would have lag, so can't use with Keyboard and mouse using wireless projection - Here is Workaround - Use HDMI cable to connect and you can work seamlessly. One problem here is HDMI cable just project screen without sound. So sound would come from Laptop speakers, which is manageable. Voice recognition in remote is available but it is not translating exact words so mostly we end up typing Screen resolution and refresh rates are good and usable but always higher the better!

Acer was my first brand experience. I was exceptical about choosing monitor in first hand since a long time, but finally i am with the right choice. Though Samsung and LG have the same specification with a bit higher price . I landed with smart monitor having great build and stable webOS. Recent Software update available. and all the needy settings that a smart monitor should contain. I must recommend this to those users who dont critise the brand rather enjoy the choice they made while buying. It will fullfill their requirement with great display and clarity. You can't find those settings while by buying a smart TV. It's really a great effort by the brand. Enjoy the aroma of having a budget Smart home TV cum Monitor. It supports Widevine, you can experience the fullHD display in both scenario while playing youtube or Netflix or Hotstar etc and Browse with clarity. Sturdy and heavy Build Quality. Remote is great.. Sensor working fine.Monitor Volume may disappoint you a bit, but it is enough for study room. you can seemlessly connect Wireless device and enjoy the Bass.

Been quite a few months. Going well. Not bad for excel work either. 1080p is more than enough for casual gaming and watching movies occasionally. Sound is average. You need external speakers for sure. And in my unit the hdmi port part was slightly misaligned though no issue working with it.

This was a replacement to a 12 years old TV Monitor from LG. Which I still miss but after using it for couple of months now. I feel relieved that I made a good decision to buy this. Here's why - Great in connectivity. Wired / Wireless you name it and it can connect. Phone for Audio or screen sharing. Laptops for wireless or wired use. - Sound output : while the inbuilt speakers could have been better but for me its good enough as it gives option to sound out via HDMI which brings my home theater alive. - Wireless keyboard and mouse usage - my 5 years old likes to play working mom/dad and without giving access to my laptop I can simply connect Keyboard and mouse with it and have webpages or Online MS office used. - TV Backup - Other than the JIOTV+, all apps can be used to watch OTTs like Netflix and Prime video etc. Biggest uptick : Brand says Acer but inside every thing is LG. Features apps even the Hardware is of LG which gives me a satisfaction of Brand I had used for over 12-15 years without a single problem. (Had to replace the old one due to fall and screen Crack)

The HDMI Cable is not working. Worst experience.

Interestingly, despite being Acer-branded, the software and display are actually from LG. This means: - You'll need the LG ThinQ app if you want to control the monitor via your phone. - To install additional OTT apps, you’ll have to create an LG account. Comes with 3 HDMI ports and 2 USB-A ports ensure plenty of connectivity options. Important Note: The monitor comes with a 16A power plug, which won’t fit standard sockets. I recommend getting a 6A to 16A converter plug (available on Amazon) for a quick fix. Overall, this monitor has exceeded my expectations—offering a smart, versatile experience at a great price! If you’re looking for a hybrid work-and-play setup, this might just be the hidden gem you need.
