Do your research if you are unfamiliar with how to operate but out of the box it's easy to figure out.I absolutely love this device! I'm almost upset with myself for hesitating and leaving it in the cart as long as I did. The shape and size is hilarious, my boyfriend was giving me sideye when I got it out of the box to charge 🤣.Grind is perfect for what I need it for. Works in seconds. Holds more then I need it for but I would happily order flower in bulk just to put it through this device because I know it could handle it with no problems. Amazing!

Bought this for my fiancé and he loved it. I tested it out myself just to see how it worked and it holds a lot of flowers 💐 you can grind up your tree and literally disperse it right onto your choice of rolling method. No more taking up time to break down your tree, it’s so convenient and easy to use.

This thing is phenomenal! I love it to 💀th! No cap, lies, NOTHING! detected, baby. I really, really love it.If you have flower (cough, cough) 😏 and it is dry?......it will chop all that 💩 up like a Japanese Tsu Chef, baby 👨🏽‍🍳🤣💀💯.But, if the "flower" is really, really fresh and "sticky" (persay) 😏 it has a hard time cutting it. I honestly think they should make the blades on these grinders RAZOR SHARP! Like, Gensu Knives 🔪. And, attach a HUGE ⚠️🚨WARNING🚨⚠️ label on them. If they do this, baby this product would SERIOUSLY sell like hot cakes!I wish I owned this company. Baby, I'd have it JUMPIN! 🤣💀 But, back to the subject, I genuinely love this thing and it's definitely worth the money.The quality is phenomenal. The ease of cleaning is amazing. The spinning grinder top comes right off and is SUPER EASY to clean.Now, to capacity. You can only put one "flower" in it at a time. LITERALLY, only one nugget 🥦. That's about all it will hold.Again, if it is dry it will spin right through it like butter, baby. If it is "fresh" or "damp and sticky-icky-icky! (Let me stop 💀)" it will stop and not spin.This is WHY they need to make the blades GENSU KNIFE SHARP! 👁👁🤌🏽🤌🏽🔪 I'm tellin' you. They would sell like WATER!👁👁🤌🏽🤌🏽Other than that, it functions really well. It comes with a charger for it. And, it charges really fast.It spins kind of fast, as well. Not like a power drill, but it spins fast enough to grind up the flower if it is really dry.Again, I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH, if the flower is DAMP or SCHTICKY! 💀 It will have a hard time cutting through it.

So, I bought this thinking it was a larger form factor. It turns out it's tiny, but getting it open is a huge pain, and I lost a bunch of ground herb on my carpet wen it opened suddenly without warning. Even if you baby it, it has a hole for the ground herb to flow into the top which constantly jams. If it were even a little better designed I might have kept it, as it grinds herbs very quickly and efficiently. It's the counterintuitive and difficult fasteners and tiny hole for the herbs to fall through that are making me send this back.

It worked well for a while its now everytime I close, loadn an close the turn button turns an it make it hard to push the poweer on. Great product I just think my herb was to sticky and the whole thing turns against itself.I Want to know more about warranty info to exchange for a new one. Please reach out @kactuskutter

I’ve used just about every high-end grinder out there—Santa Cruz was my go-to for years. I grind well over an ounce a week and didn’t expect much from something at this price point, but man... this thing rips.Smooth, consistent grind, no jams, no wrist work. Battery life’s solid, easy to clean, and the one-button operation is super satisfying. This little guy might’ve just replaced my $90 grinder. Wild.If you know, you know. Don’t sleep on it.

This thing was awesome until it broke. Lasted 6 months and then it suddenly stopped working entirely. Is there warranty? I realize it’s in the cheaper side of things but that’s not a great lifespan.
