Good value
I was looking for stable footing in my fiberglass shower. This mat fits the bill. Plus I'm sure it will be easier to maintain than teak. It looks good in the shower but more importantly it is comfortable to stand on and it is stable. Glad I bought it.

NOT slippery when wet!
I tried out my new shower "mat" this morning for the first time. Why did I wait so long to buy this thing? I had one of those soft mats just fills with hair and soap and inhibits the water from draining properly. This mat allows proper draining and is not slippery even when the soapy water is on it. It's very easy to rinse off and gives a secure place to stand. I'm over 260lbs and it seems to be strong enough to withstand that kind of abuse. I'm very pleased with this product.

These are amazing. Also notice the solid construction
Suffered mildew and mold on Bamboo and surprisingly Teak. Even when left to dry side ways. No mold on my tile meanwhile. Very humid times we are having and they are perfectly clear. Also not slippery. These are amazing. Also notice the solid construction. Prior mats where cleverly constructed with slats inset in side rails. Basically half the side depth is supporting weight. I am trim and healthy and those others should have worked. Nope failure. Since showers aren't flat so water heads to the drain the construction has to deal with support perhaps on the outside but not the center of the mat. These are perfect. They are simple and elegant. The size is very useful too. Most were either too large or way too small for my shower.I now own three! Two for a very large shower.Thanks.

Great idea. Needs better feet.
I like to floor mat much better than standard rubber/roll up mats. Its looks like wood but should last forever. Its softer to stand on than a tile or marble floor and generally far less slippery. My only suggestion has to do with the rubber feet. I am an older big guy with a big shower. I have 2 of these mats side-by side in my shower. Often when I shift my weight drying off, or stepping out, one or both slides a few inches. Defeats the whole non-slip purpose. You need something that will really prevent the mat from slipping. Maybe large suction cups, ...? If you come up with something, please send me 2 sets.

Very good mat
I’m very happy with this mat. I was looking for something to dress up my outdated shower stall and this does the trick. It’s heavy and well constructed. The water beads up on it, yet it doesn’t get slippery when wet. It stays put in the shower and feels very sturdy. I am optimistic that it will hold up well. I just wish there were more sizes available. My shower floor is approximately 29 x 29. This mat is plenty big enough to stand comfortably on, but the look would be nicer if it covered the whole floor. I had trouble finding a square mat to fit my dimensions that looked as well made as this one.

Very sturdy, perfect for my application
I got this as a short term fix because a crack had developed in my shower stall. I repaired the crack by fiberglassing over it, but I wasn't able to support the stall underneath the crack as well as I'd like. This is perfect, it spreads the weight out to the sides, where the stall is well supported. I weigh 180 and it doesn't even flex when I'm on it. It's comfortable to stand on since the slats are close together. As far as synthetic wood goes, it looks pretty good... there's some grain molded in. Although it might look even better if the color was a little darker, or a little more uneven, like natural wood. But all in all I'm quite happy with it.

Perfect for our need. Durable
We host an Airbnb cabin and put this in our stand up shower for our guests. It has gone through a full summer of abuse and still looks new.

Unconventional use
I bought this to use as a step-in/out for our pool in Palm Springs. I wanted something to use as a spot to dry off when getting out of the pool. It also needs to be able to stand up to our hot, sunny days here in the desert. So far, it has worked brilliantly, and importantly is a non-slick surface!
