Wifi doesn’t work. All devices have full signal but lock doesn’t keep the signal. You can’t reach the lock remotely, only bluetooth is functioning

Item looked like used, hard to connect to WiFi, Size is so big it makes your handle look small. bottom half hangs in the air while fixing, which is not ideal, You may need other accessories like bridge and cylinder later to get proper fix and use all features. Homekit connection will never work, maybe cuz it's not built for UAE. I couldn't return it since I have used the adhesive now it's ruined. I would go for Aqara or Nuki instead of this. Yale app is not professionally made either. Very disappointed. Even after buying a bridge and cylinder.

Keypad stopped working after 4 months.

My purchase was used when it was open and also was registered. Hence, I couldn’t do much with it and can’t activate the product.

Overall this is a great little addition to a smart lock, Yale Hub and Access Module combination (Conexis L1 for me). It does have some teething issues as it was originally designed for another lock, i reported an issue with Yale Customer Service who have passed on to their development team, when paired with the Yale Access Module and Hub alongside the Conexis L1, this keypad does not indicate which keypad access user has unlocked the door (no username and no door unlocked message) it just shows when the door is opened, closed and locked again. I was advised now its being sent to their development team it should be fixed in a future firmware update. Other than that it unlocks the door well and works great for letting guests gain entry (e.g. Carers). One downside i believe is the fixing quality, it could do with a more robust securing feature somehow, as right now anyone who wants to make a quick buck can come along open the top and unscrew the keypad and walk off with it.

Uygulamanın uyku moduna geçmemesi gerek telefonunuzda enerji tasarrufu modu aktif ise uygulamayı bunun dışında tutmanız lazım.Konum o sırada kapalı olabilir. bluetooth veya wifiniz kapalı olabilir. Siz kapıya yaklaşınca güvenlik nedeniyle hem bluetooth hem wifi hemde konumunuzu kullanıyor. Sorunsuz kullandığım diğer özellik sesle kumanda etmek. Bunun için cihazınızı google asistana kayıt yapmanız lazım. Bunun için hiçbir yönlendirme videosu bulamadım. Google asistan üzerinden yale home uygulamasını tanıtmanız lazım. Uygulama bağlama kısmında çıkan uygulama seçeneklerinden kanada ve amerika hariç olanı seçmeniz gerek. Sonrasında yale home hesap şifreniz ile giriş yapmanızı isteyecek. bir sonraki adımda sesli komut esnasında kullanılmak üzere sizden bir pin kodu oluşturmanızı isteyecek. Siz kapıyı aç komutunu verdiğinizde sizden güvenlik amacıyla pin kodunuzu isteyecek. Kapıyı kilitle komutu için sizden pin kodu istemez. Pin kodunuz 4 yada 6 haneli olabilir. Parmak izi ile giriş aparatınıda aldım kusursuz çalışıyor. İstediğiniz kadar parmak izi ekleyebiliyorsunuz. Kapı mandalının tepkime sürelerini uygulamadan ayarlayabiliyorsunuz. Mandalın çekili kalma süresinde problem yaşayanlar süreleri minimum seviyeye indirebilir. Bağlantı gecikmesi yaşayanlar modeminizin cihaza olan uzaklığı önemli bir etken. Benim için tek eksik biri geldiği zaman kapıyı açmak için içerden bir buton yapabilirlerdi. Butona basınca motor dönüp kapıyı açması iyi olurdu. Her seferinde kilidi manuel olarak 3 defa çevirip açmak zaman alıyor.Belki bir çözümü var ve halen ben çözemedim. Çözüm bulan varsa yazarsa sevinirim.

Betydligt bättre än föregångaren.. Tillexempel. Knappsatsen lyser upp när man närmar sig vilket underlättar när man kommer hem när det är mörkt. Värkar vara mer anpassad att va utomhus så förhoppningsvis behöver man inte byta batteri en gång i veckan när det är hög luftfuktighet. Fingeravtryck fungerar inte med arbetar händer, men för barnen och hustrun värkar det fungerar än så länge.
