Normally i do not write reveiws unless its amazing products so others will try. I submitted these copies of my lab results to show proof this stuff really works😃 i read the reveiws and EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS POSITIVE. So i bought and have been taking for two months now. My score as u can see was in the danger red zone. The cholesterol was high due to genetics, i know this bcuz my eating habits are not conducive to those of an unhealthy way of eating. Now i also have bought coffee leave, cinnamon leaves and moringa leaves to boil n drink. Which i have read they are also very medicinal. My Dr. Did prescribe crestor but am on a very low dose of 5 mg. So i personally am convinced it came down as fast as it did from the plant sterols and the leaves. I have not changed my eating hanits bcuz honestly there was nothing i could change. If u r wondering if u should try this product, i urge u to try bfor getting on medicine. Im certain it will change ur high cholesterol like it did mine😉 i hope this review is helpful to u reading this. All I can say is that people and conditions are different, but... I'm super excited to say that it works for me!!Here are my before and after test values (initially taken 11/4/2024 and retaken 5/2/2025)1) Cholesterol- (70-200) Was 210 - now 1722) LDL- (0-100) Was 152 - now 1103) HDL - (over 40 is good) Was 46 - now 494) Non HDL cholesterol (0-130) Was 164 - now 123My cholesterol values were a bit high in Nov 2024, so I told my Doctor I would try to change my diet before going on prescription medicine (I am about 5,10 was 174lbs). While I was doing my research on different food options, I came across Plant Sterols. I ended up trying this product because it has a good selection and strength of Sterols. On top of that, it's all natural. During the past 6 months I only slightly changed my diet (to see how well these would actually work) but continued to walk about 2 miles a day with the dogs. I also took the Sterols every evening after dinner.Now after 6 months my values are right where they should be and I'm at 158lbs. Very happy with this product and will continue to use it!

OK, this does lower my Cholesterol numbers, but it also constipates me. So..... I take extra an fiber supplement and don't take full dose as directed on the label. I found a "happy" medium to work with. I have blood work next month, from there I may increase dose and see what happens.

I don't know if they are working, but Carlyle seem to be a good brand. I just wish that they and other supplement vendors would label correctly instead of having to look at the back and work it out.If is says 240 capsules it should say how many mg per capsuleIf it says 1200mg per serving it should say how many serving

My Doctor wanted to give me something or I was taking something from a prescription on cholesterol. I had a little bit too much.But I started reading things on cholesterol that was natural and this is what I got it on AmazonIt’s a great brand and I went to the doctor and the doctor said I was doing pretty good. Wanted to know what I was taking. I told her.

3 months ago my husband went to his doctor because of severe joint pain. His doctor suggested that the cause may be the statin my husband had been taking for years. So, he suggested my husband stop the statin and recheck labs in 3 months to see if his joint pain decreased. We decided to replace his statin with these plant sterols for the 3 months because completely stopping the statin felt too risky. Yesterday my husband repeated his labs at the 3 month mark and his numbers were practically doubled. I can only conclude that these do not do anything at all and I am embarrassed to have fallen for such a scheme. It’s incredibly dangerous to tout your product as a statin replacement when it’s obviously just snake oil.

I added this to my daily supplement lineup a few months ago after doing some reading on heart health. So far, so good. I like that the softgels are easy to swallow and don’t leave any weird aftertaste. I also appreciate that it’s gluten-free and doesn’t include a bunch of unnecessary fillers.It’s hard to measure exact effects with something like this, but I’ve felt good and my latest checkup showed some small but positive changes, which I’m happy with. I’m not using it as a replacement for anything my doctor recommends—just as an extra step.Only thing I’d note is that it’s a big bottle, so be ready to make space for it. Otherwise, I’ll keep using it and see how things continue to go.

Too soon to know if the first bottle worked. I reordered & the 2nd bottle came, they smelled & tasted like mold. Got a refund, the 3rd bottle came it too tasted & smelled like mold. I got a refund. Recently purchased from a retailier that begins with W, and they have no mold smell or taste.
