Worked for 5 minutes, then died
You can never be sure if it is bad luck or straight up faulty batch that they are selling here. requested a refund, perhaps it is better to buy it straight from the brand. gave an extra star because Dyson's build quality is superb, shame to see the electric work is subpar

The item was opened
Got my delivery on time , but unfortunately the item was opened in the past and it can be clearly seen after removing te box . It should not have happened to anyone and it’s not acceptable for women to use such an item because of personal hygiene . Hopefully it can be resolved .I do have picture proves that indicates that the item wore opened.

Item is not working
The minute I turn it on it keeps only flashing then it turns on for less than a second then it goes off. Very disappointing I gave it as a Christmas gift and it’s extremely embarrassing
