Tastes good. Seems to work. I like it because of no caffeine because I workout at night.

The Blueraspberry has great flavor and you get a great pump! No Stim is best as it doeasn't make me jittery and then crash! When it wears off you won't notice a change! Definetly worth the money! I would say this is one of the very best pre-workouts I have tried over hte years with no question!

I got this to use as a pre-ride supplement for cycling. According to the labeling, it has no stimulants, and my heart rate would seem to agree. Tastes fine, no complaints there. Also does indeed seem to help with performance and endurance. But, non-stim or not, my sleep suffers dramatically any time I use it. I've used other non-stim products from other manufacturers and have not had that issue in the past, but something in here has me wired 9-10 hours post mulit-hour ride when I'm trying to doze off. Not like bouncing off the walls from a caffeine high type feeling, but I just can not fall asleep. Stopped using it for a couple of rides and sleep is back to normal. It probably won't affect everyone the same way, but it's been enough of an impact I wanted to make sure to mention it.

I’ve tried a lot of stim-free pre’s throughout the years and this is by far the best one. It’s a little tingly at first, but it fades within 15 minutes of working out (and I personally like the feeling). The pump is insane for no caffeine! I can go max weight for 10 plus reps even when I was feeling tired before the gym. It’s pretty impressive what this stuff can do. The best part of it all is this stuff doesn’t mess with my stomach at all. Almost every pre I’ve ever used made my stomach feel upset, sometimes to the point I had to stop working out. This pre doesn’t affect my stomach at all. My only complaint is the mix is too sweet. They should cut the sucralose in half (or just put real sugar) and add more citric acid. Or make a sour razz flavor. I’d buy that in an instant!

I really wanted to like this pre workout. It is easy to drink and tastes good, but I just can't get over the tingling. I had read the reviews and I knew this was an effect of the product, but I thought I'd be okay with it. I used to take another supplement that gave me a niacin flush, so I assumed it wouldn't be too different from that skin burning feeling. For whatever reason, this is so much worse. It makes me feels kind of nauseated, which makes it harder to workout. I wish it worked better for me.

This was my first Stim Free Preworkout, and I'm not disappointed even after a 10 hour workday this formula give you the extra kick to move the weight and still be able to sleep. The value alone was a deciding factor, Not to chalky and dissolves easily. Perfect amount for a month. 5 STARS

Its good. Helped me cut 15 minutes off my 1 mile swim. Was able to keep going where I would normally slow down.
