I first used this shampoo during a trip to Seoul and have been searching for it ever since! It smells amazing—fresh and clean without being overpowering—and most importantly, it doesn’t irritate my sensitive scalp at all. It leaves my hair feeling soft and my scalp calm. So glad I finally found it again!

I can actually see the difference it makes when I use this versus regular shampoo.The smell is floral/woodsy. It’s neutral to me and smells good without being too overwhelming.The soap lathers up really nice so you feel like you’re getting a deep clean. Doesnt leave me feeling oily, greasy or heavy.Good pricing on Amazon, the Asian markets near me is almost double in pricing.

This shampoo’s smell is straight up REPULSIVE. Fellow Asian person here so just in case you’re thinking, hey maybe it’s scents you’re not familiar with. I took one whiff and that was enough to have that immediate pull back reaction. I’ll try my best to describe that horrible smell:Burnt plastic, chemical, herbal(not the good kind-more so the stale, dusty shriveled up kind), faintly of a sharpie marker and insecticide.I’m not trying to be rude at all. I just want others to know and be aware before they buy this. I’m 40 and this is hands down the WORST shampoo I have ever smelled. I didn’t bother to return it because I thought it’d probably be a dumb reason to due to the smell? I don’t know, probably should have but live and learn I suppose.

Ordered two bottles of shampoo and they came leaking, not a lot, but still leaking. Not good.

This is an amazing shampoo that smells very herbal. I don’t know how I lived without this brand before I found it because all their stuff is superior to anything I can find on the market in America. I highly recommend them. I can’t say enough good things about what this product has done to my hair. I used to have to go to the salon to get my hair untangled if I accidentally left it up in a ponytail and slept in it because it was impossible to undo without three or more hands, but now it is easy to untangle. This company has single-handedly repaired my hair. I will never go back to American company again. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has problem, hair, hair, loss, dander, problem, hair, etc..

I've never been one to buy expensive shampoo, but my hair is really long and thick now (down to my hip, east Asian hair). I usually use cheaper clarifying shampoos, but they are somewhat difficult to find, and it seems the formulas change over time.Why this Ryo (this green one) is worth it over cheaper shampoos: a small pump actually goes a really long way. I don't need a huge amount like I do for cheaper shampoos. Works for my scalp - it doesn't get greasy or itchy for days afterwards like some shampoos, and degreases effectively without drying my hair out. It's been so difficult finding a shampoo that just works.Neutral observation: this particular type seems best for hotter weather... The tingly pepperminty cold feeling on my scalp is less fun in wintertime.
