Inaccurate product description
This item is listed as corn flour, but it’s actually corn starch. I wouldn’t have bought this. I could’ve bought cornstarch at the grocery store. This was a waste of my money.

Pretty good
I ordered this in hopes to try making corn tortillas and I was pleasantly surprised. Love that there's literally only 1 ingredient. And, the tortillas turned out perfect! Good quality, fresh and the expiration date is over a year out.

The powder is the same thing as what we call corn starch here in the states.
TAJ White Corn Flour, 2-Pounds First impressions: Nice big bag of white powder. The powder is the same thing as what we call corn starch here in the states. There is no seal on the bag, so be prepared with a container of some sort or a ziplock bag. Installation/setup: Use to thicken sauces, gravies, or pie fillings and the like. Final thoughts: I used this to make some ham gravy with the juices from the Sunday dinner ham we had. The gravy thickened just the way I always make it, leaving the gravy thick and ready to use. I use a few tablespoons dissolved in cold water, added to boiling liquid and cooked, stirring constantly for a full minute.I like this and I’m glad I got it. ⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

What is it?
I don't know what this is but it's not corn and not wheat flour. It's like instant concrete, impossible to mix. You sure won't ever make a tortilla out of it. I ordered 4 pounds and threw it all away. It might serve as wallpaper paste. Made in India. The other thing is it's whiter than wheat flour and in no way resembles corn. Actually, it's corn starch, not flour!
