Maggie's Kitchen

This is a great cookery book with recipes that actually work, unlike some others I could mention! The only downside is that many recipes use Verjuice which is difficult to get hold of in England but this can be left out or substituted with wine. I had some trouble making the sour cream pastry so sent an email to the website. I received a long, very informative email by return suggesting where I might be going wrong which solved my problem.A great buy.

Already have one of Maggie's cookbooks and love it. This one doesn't disappoint either. Full of fab recipes and ideas!

Bought it for my mum for christmas, as we are both avid fans of masterchef australia, which maggie beer guest stars regularly, and she loves it! really easy home cooking done with style!

Maggie Beer is an Australian national treasure. Her TV show is wonderful, and her cook books are such excellent reads. What's more, they suggest recipes you'd never have gone to on your own. Broadening and entertaining.
