I was a little unsure about downloading the app from a company I had not heard of before, but the app works fine. Our finger prints do not read 100% of the time, and that's why I gave it 4 stars. When the finger print reader does work properly (we just try a couple times if it does not work the first time) or if we use the included key fob or a key code to gain entry, the green light illuminates and it beeps and unlocks immediately. I feel extra safe knowing that it locks immediately when we close the door. I wonder if we could get this re-keyed to fit our original house keys. Installation was easy and I was quite proud of myself for doing installing it on my own. It has been a challenge to find a deadbolt lock that looks nice with this so I may relocate it to a different exterior door. I love the quality - the door knob seems heavy duty, not cheap or flimsy, but is not difficult to turn. Great value and happy with my purchase!
