love this e bike

This bike seemed great for the 5 minutes I rode it. Later went to charge it and it does not hold a charge. The green light stays on the charger but the green lights on the bike quickly fade away. No customer support! You chat via virtual assistant that can’t help you and claims to put you in que to chat with a human. No one ever gets on to chat with you. Useless bike now! Poor service and Amazon is no help in the matter.

Bought it to modify it! Put 2 5000w hub motors on it, 2 150 amp controllers and a 100v battery! Now it does 85 and can just roast both tires! It’s actually scary! Love it!

Way different than the ones with pegs, be cautious

Got this on sale for black Friday (250$) and for that price it’s a great little bike. Quality is better than expected.

I use this at work and to explore like a youngin! I am 58 with Arthritis in my knees and ankles, this scooter allowes me to go on bike rides, long walks, and just mini errands. It allows me freedom I haven't had in years while exercising the muscles around my knees. I love it!

So my son loved his 12 in jetson and when he needed it replaced due to wear and tear it was still covered by the warranty which he ended up getting refunded and using on THIS particular jetson and paying the difference for it out of his detassling check which a month later he really regretted that. Even on a full charge this one decides to reduce power to nothing at will (straight off the charger 3 minutes into a ride this is not our seat rodeo). So we started a claim with the insurance thru assurion who advised us this is will under the manufacturer warranty and was to reach out to the seller, which is this company and see if the issue can be addressed. I’m pretty sure it’s been like four months. No word from the seller. We just stare at it, in the living room. Waiting. For literally SOMETHING to be done. Infuriating

This one my Adult daughter likes, the speed, the make, and they look. She uses that as he mode of transportation and for leisure rides. Well pleased.
