It's a good product but unfortunately it didn't work for my stomach.

I have not taken it for a month which is how you should review natural products . I believe because you do not know the real strength. At this time it appears to be helping my gastric system and no side effects

I was using a much more expensive version of this product (Bactose) and switched to see if this would be comparable. It does the job just as well and for 1/3 the price. Keep in mind that it doesn't make you a dairy processing superhero, but if you're like me and half a slice of cheese gives you hours of pain, then this is absolutely worth a try. Be sure to give it a week to build up before you test it out

I was hoping for some noticeable benefits from the Nutricost Lactobacillus Acidophilus supplement, but unfortunately, I didn't feel any difference after finishing the bottle. In my opinion, the 2 billion CFU per serving is a relatively low dosage, which might explain why I didn't experience any significant effects. While the product itself seems fine, I think a higher CFU count would be more effective.
