Very impressed by this L6 Nex robot vacuum cleaner.We are a family of 5 with two dogs and this has made our life so much easier.The item was delivered earlier than expected, well packaged with clear instructions.We have carpet, tiles, rugs and wooden flooring in the downstairs of our house and It is able to clean all these types of flooring and navigates extremely well. I’ve added a video to show how it navigates around the rug under my dining table. Our previous robot hoover sometimes got stuck on the frills on our rug but this one doesn’t have any problems.The vacuum looks very expensive and is of a great quality, its suction power and dust collection centre is an excellent feature.Laresar smart app is easy to set up and use. It can also be connected to Alexa. I have set up no go zones and virtual walls - around our log burner and this works well.I have white porcelain tiles in my kitchen which I’m very particular about and I’m so impressed by how clean they are after using the robot hoover and mop feature.It manages to fit nicely in small spaces that we previously struggled to clean, e.g. under the sofa, and this has saved me from having to move furniture to hoover underneath.I love that it automatically returns to its dock if it needs to charge and empties the waste into the dust bag!This is such a fab robot vacuum cleaner and the customer service from Laresar is great.I would recommend purchasing this product - you will not be disappointed!

We already have an older model for our ground floor and it was proving a bit of a pain to keep carrying up the stairs for it to do the 1st floor so we decided to purchase this upgraded unit.Out of the box it comes with all you need, the mop accessories, instruction book, quick start guide, plus spare filter, collection bag and mop.Setup was easy, just remove the packaging foam and fit the side brushes. There was no need to mess about turning off the 5Ghz band on the router, just install the app and add the cleaner to it using the supplied instructions.On first use the unit sets off and maps the area it can find and does a fairly good job of separating the areas into rooms. Once it has the map it then it carries on and completes it's first clean. This model seems quieter and a bit quicker than the older one we have. Editing the map is a doddle and useful, we have a sofa that is just the wrong height and the cleaner gets stuck under it, using the app we set a restricted area and now it never gets stuck. It rides over different surfaces easily and can get onto and off fairly thick rugs without issue.Previous experience tells us this unit won't remove the need to get the 'big hoover' out but it will mean that it only needs to be done once a week rather than every day. It copes well with pet hair (we have a cat) and day to day dust and crumbs etc. It's so easy to use just a couple of clicks on the app and off it goes, I think you can also schedule it to clean at certain times but we don't use that feature.Overall very impressed and would highly reccomend.

I ordered this a week or so ago and was excited to receive it. I left it a day before I opened it because I wondered if it would take a while to set up - however, I needn't have worried as it was extremely easy to set up and within minutes I had it up and running.It has a very sleek design with two brushes underneath, which are great for sweeping up the dirt and it has a sensor on the top so that it can map out where to clean. I let it loose on the whole of the downstairs of the house and it mapped it all out so that it's now in its memory for future goes. When it needed charging it found its way back to its base, and within a few seconds it had started emptying itself into its disposal unit. This is quite noisy, probably the same as a standard Hoover noise which actually goes to show how quiet this vacuum is in comparison.I've had robot vacuums without the self emptying unit, and was particularly attracted to this model for that reason. It can either just sweep (and it will easily go from hard floor to carpet or rugs with no issue) and can also be used as a mop, simply by attaching a piece of equipment with a cloth attached, add some water in the tank and it's ready to go. It 'talks' to you as it goes around and tells you what it's doing i.e. starting to clean, needs to recharge, etc.. There's a remote control and an app you can use or you can just press the buttons on the machine yourself, which is what I tend to doThis is one of those products you never knew you needed till you know how much time and effort is saved by having it!
