It's expensive but it's really good quality and, most importantly, it actually works. I've been experimenting with ashwangandha from different brands with lack luster results. I think Vitriq really found the sweet spot with dosage. Other brands have been too weak to be effective for me.

What do you believe?This one-a-day capsule is easy to swallow and give the impression of good quality. However, there is quite a list of cautions - from allergy to possible side effects - so I am a bit wary. So far so good though, and I will give it a go. Maybe Lion's Mane will prove to live up to its claims. It is, as with all good supplements, very hard to gauge.

Ordered these to potentially help my husband increase his energy levels and focus as we had heard Lion's Mane works wonders for that. The ingredients list looks fairly clean and there didn't seem to be any bulking agents that some supplements have that usually him give awful gas/upset stomach. After a few weeks of taking him he does feel like he is starting to feel a slight improvement in his alertness and ability to focus. He doesn't seem as sluggish and it's almost like the lights have come back on after a few months of feeling drab and unmotivated. He did say there is a slight earthy aftertaste to them if he burps within a few hours of taking them. You do have to take them with food and with a large glass of water, but you only need to take 1 a day, which is much better than the unreasonable ones that suggest up to 3-6 capsules a day! I think this is because it is a much higher dose than other capsules so only one is required. He takes it as part of his morning routine with breakfast so it's easier to keep on top of. The packaging is helpful because we don't have to try and fit a large plastic supplement bottle into a drawer. These resealable bags are great and sit flat in smaller storage spaces. Overall I think he is going to continue with these. He had a 60 day supply and has only used about 20 so far so he is set for a while. And for only 9.99 for a 2 month supply, we can't complain.
