Nice shirt. Very nice feel and color. I ordered XL. I'm somewhere between a Large and an XL in a t-shirt size. The torso is nice and long, won't ride up unless you're quite tall. Good arm length, an inch or two of material for people with longer arms.My suggestion is if you like a super tight fit for layering purposes or if you want to show off extremely lean, toned muscles then buy a size down. If you want to throw on a flannel shirt or a loose t-shirt over this, then order your regular size (American size), It will be a little loose but that's probably preferable if you are doing actual work in the shirt and not just posing.I am assuming that if you put this shirt in the dryer a couple times, it's going to shrink a bit. Probably not too much, but I'd expect a small bit of shrinkage. Again, I don't mind a slightly loose shirt, so this is perfect.Price is reasonable. I'd buy it again.

but in a jesus pose the shirt fits perfect. I ordered an XL and will be buying ...
I'm 6'3" with long arms, big shoulders and a narrow waist. This shirt fits me well, which is unusual. The cuffs bunch a little when my arms are at my waist, but in a jesus pose the shirt fits perfect. I ordered an XL and will be buying more. I was looking to replace my Carhartt K200 series which they no longer make. Which is a crying shame. And the replacement for the Carhartt K200 is overpriced, lightweight toilet tissue. I have a Carhartt 100566 206 in brown and a 100566 418 in navy, and they both suck. The Wolverine has a looser waffle pattern than the old Carhartt, but there seems to be enough fabric to consider it a decent, medium weight work shirt. I held one in each hand and they appear to be equal-ish weight. The LL Bean Henleys are superior in both weight and quality and cost $55 each. The Wolverine, at this price point, appears to be a near equal to the old carhartts, far superior to the current Carhartts and a competitor with some of the top end products out there.Four stars for lack of colors in my size. Otherwise, I'm not unhappy.

overall it's the best long sleeve thermal shirt i have found.
the fit is the best so far of three brands i've tried. fruit of the loom is one i tried and was too small and very thin. the Walden Henley fits me extremely well, the sleeves are long enough even when i stretch my arms straight out and the snug cuffs keeps the sleeves from riding up. next, is how pleased i am with the length of the shirt tail. it's more than long enough to stay tucked in when moving around and bending over. the weight of the fabric is what i've been looking for to keep me warm. much thicker than FOTL. this is my first Henley style shirt and really like the feel/fit/look of the neck. i'm 63 and have the so called turkey-neck, also a family trait, and the Henley neck is large enough not to bind into my loose neck flab. overall it's the best long sleeve thermal shirt i have found. i bought the Bison color because it was the least expensive of the Amazon color selections. PS. a week after i received this shirt i bought a second. thanks for making such a great product!

Female who bought this for myself
I’m a 5’10, 135lb girl, got this for myself in a Medium as a casual warm winter layer. It’s perfect. Thick enough to be warm without being hot, sleeves are the perfect length. I want one in every color. The quality isn’t nearly as good with comparable women’s shirts.

Great shirt!
This is a great value. I bought the blue in size extra large for my husband. He is 5'10" tall and 220 lbs with muscular arms and a bit of a belly! The fit was perfect. Wide enough through the shoulders and arms and loose enough in the belly to not be clingy. The color is exactly as pictured and the fabric is a good heavy weight. He was comfortable in it with a short sleeved t shirt under it and comfortable without one. It's also not short. If you are taller than 5'10" there is enough length for you unless you are over I would say 6'4".

Nice Henley
I've worn Henley shirts for 40 plus years. I work in the woods and like to wear a long sleeve Henley under a wool shirt. Throughout the decades I've bought a lot of different brands of Henleys, including LL Bean, Cabela's and Carhartt. By no means am I saying this Wolverine Henley is of better quality than the major ones mentioned, but for the much lower price and quality, it's the winner hands down in my opinion. It's of medium thickness and the two colors I bought ( bison & navy ) were exactly as pictured in the ad. The sizing runs large in both shirts, but I fully expect it will shrink a bit after being washed and dried a few times. The cuffs are elasticised so they stay in place, which for my job is an important safety factor. The only negative I have is that they are not made in the USA (Pakistan). Overall a very nice shirt and one I would purchase again without any hesitation.

Comfortable, good size
First, I love this shirt. My one complaint is that I like to roll my sleeves up in these types of shirts, but the seams at the wrists are pretty small, so I've got to force it up onto my forearm. And I've already got really skinny wrists and forearms. It's not uncomfortable at all once rolled up. It seems to be stretching a little. I'm okay with possibly tearing the stitching by doing this. I just wanted to put that out there. That being said, again, I love this shirt. I'm a tall guy. 6'2" So shirts are usually too short on me. But this one is a comfortable length, fits well around the torso and arms (except for the wrist seam thing) and I like the color. I will definitely be buying other colors.

Shirt Sized Large
So this is a shirt my husband actually bought because I have a deep and abiding love of how he looks in Henleys. Totally do. I asked him his thoughts on the shirt now that he's had it for about a month and a half and he said it's a bit too big. He copes with this by tucking it in. I agree with him that it's too big. He asked me what I thought of it and I said the color looks great on him, it goes very well with his eyes. At which point he said I should totally put that in my review. And I told him...I totally planned on it babe. Because it does go great with his eyes. And I like the texture of the fabric. The star we're taking off is for the sizing, there haven't been any issues with seams at this point.

Nice quality shirt
I really like this shirt. It's made with a nice heavy soft waffle-like material which is exactly what I was hoping for, and is nice and warm, especially if you layer it with a t-shirt underneath as I sometimes do. Haven't had this long enough to vouch for its durability, but the fabric looks and feels substantial and so I expect it will be long-lasting. (If that changes, I'll revisit and edit this review accordingly.) My build is generally matched to size L, but I find shirts that size often will be too short for my liking, so I usually am happy to go with a baggier fit to get the length I want, thus my purchase here of XL. The only quibble I have with this size is that the sleeves are (as typical with proper sized XL shirts) a bit long for me, but I don't mind rolling up the sleeves, or just sliding them up a bit. But if that is a bother for you, you might want to keep that in mind. All in all, a very nice quality shirt that I am very happy with, so much so that I may very well grab a second one.

A perfect shirt!
My husband is a super picky man to buy for. He is a guy who know what he likes and doesn't stray from this. So, clothe shopping online for him was an unknown adventure. I am happy to say it was a super successful venture. My husband loved this shirt so much he slept in it the first night! I will definitely purchase Henley shirts again!I purchased a medium. My husband is 5'11 and 160 and the medium was more than enough room. The shirt can be stylish and casual (which I really appreciate) My husband reports that this shirt is warm without feeling like he's suffocating in it. He said that it "feels durable," which is great as he works outdoors and is hard on his clothes. Thanks Henley and Amazon!

Highly recommended
I decided I was done with T shirts and golf shirt on casual days and thought I would get into Walden shirts. This is one of the best I have purchased so far. The fabric is textured which I like and the fit is perfect. It is warm on cool days. A good purchase.

holes forming in less than 1 year of wear
I bought 2 of these tops in different colours for my hubbie for Christmas 2018. He loved them at first, but they showed wear marks along the arms very quickly and had developed holes in the elbows by Autumn 2019. They were washed carefully and never went into the dryer. I'm not at all impressed with this product!
