I like this product. I saw good reviews on amazon and had to try it for myself. I noticed after a week I had a bit more energy and was able to sleep better. We all suffer from vitamin D deficiency on the east coast in the cooler months, so started supplementing this when I had energy and mood issues. I have been taking it for more than a month now, and I had my annual physical the other week and my D and zinc levels were in optimal ranges! glad to hear. I recommend. elderberry is really good for you too! great additive.

I needed to boost my 11 year old son’s immune system because he got a weird viral skin condition called molluscum contagion, it typically clears up within several months but can also take a couple of years to go away. It was beginning to get worse and spread, but after taking this for about 2 weeks, it’s almost completely cleared up! This stuff is great!
