I typically use the bar soap. Found this liquid version and decided to use it. Love it. It’s value for money and doesn’t leave my body feeling stripped or like there’s a soapy film over my skin like is common with many shower gels. It smells great. I love the gentle exfoliation it provides.The only con I’d say and that’s the same for every black soap I’ve ever used - it stains your sponge and the soap suds build up quicker in your bathroom or at least are more obvious because of the color. So you’d have to wash your bath tub/ shower more regularly than you did before using this soap.Anyways, buy it.

I was so excited to see this product. I love African black soap and to see it in a liquid good size bottle made me happy. It’s really moisturizing even after your rinse the suds off and it does something for your skin. I can’t explain it. I have a friend from Ghana. He told me how they made the bars of soap. It’s the real deal what they do ingredients in this are very similar from what I can tell. It may not look pretty. It’s blackish brown who cares it’s the result.

I can not speak well enough about this soap! I have issues with my skin from Lyme disease - which is not understood at all in our world today, Years of Drs and not much help - but I remembered someone had suggested this soap to me years ago - and guess what??? IT IS SO HELPFUL! It leaves the skin soft too and I love the small easy scent with it. Great product!

I love this soap and I love the way it lathers. It smells really good. It makes my skin very soft. It works great on my skin. Very moisturizing and not expensive.Update: My daughter has eczema, and shes been using this soap. it works wonderful. She said this soap is gonna be her forever favorite.

This smells so good: reminds me of a Cartier perfume. BUT it is kind of slimy and doesn’t lather easily. I’m on the fence

I used to use this soap religiously and I thought they stopped making it. To my surprise I was in CVS and ran across it. Of course I immediately checked Amazon and the price point was perfect. The lather of this product is amazing. My skin feels so moisturized when I finish using it and the smell isn’t as strong as what previous commenters have said or it could just be me I’m not sure. I would definitely recommend this product. The price point is perfect especially for a product of quality

This Shea Moisture body wash was a great buy. I actually purchased this one for my husband and he don’t want to use no other body wash but Shea Moisture.

This soap has done wonders for my skin. Very beautiful smell too. A little goes a long way!!
