Not robust at all :(
The stand leg on the 200W solar panel broke off from the panel and so the panel no longer independently stays up by itself. I have not used it very much to be honest and so was super surprised that it broke so easily (came off when simply setting up the panel). Contacted the seller and whilst they said they would look into it, I have since not heard back from them and my enquiry was closed without further information. Clearly this is an ingrained design fault they do not want to advertise. Stay away from the panels if you want to use them more than once.

lovely item and very easy to connect with the solar charger. But charges much much slower than advertised even when connected to AC input.

Brilliant piece of kit!!
After an issue with delivery service…I finally got to review my Jackory bundle and it’s a brilliant piece of kit!! Came with 28% battery and the solar panel is very sturdy. I would like to thank Jackory customer services and team who have went over and above to rectify delivery issue and even sorted me out a “wee extra” for my trouble (which I was not expecting but have gladly accepted) Thank you!! Would defo recommend this product…such a shame delivery service let you and your team down.

Quite impressed
Great product. ok it’s mid July and we’re in a heatwave but I live in the UK and it’s only 10am, generating 167 watts from one 200watt unit, very happy.

Jackery - dubious service levels
The product itself is still being tested by me however I would not recommend Jackery as a company. There was a pricing issue at the beginning and after many hours on the phone to Jackery and Amazon neither took responsibility. So the product has arrived and I have contacted Jackery regarding the promised compensation...nothing from them at all. My advice would be to use a different brand one that takes custome service slightly more seriously than Jackery. I will update re the product after some further use....
