DO NOT BUYThis e-bike is a waste of $2000. The description is completely false advertised. The bike is a child’s sized bike not the 28.5 in frame which it says. It says it has 28” tires which is totally false. Its actual measurement is 26”. 2 inches is quite a difference. It says it goes 25 mph, again false, it won’t go above 21/22 mph unless you’re going downhill. It says the motor is “750 watt” or “750 watt max” again false. It’s a 350 watt motor. All FALSE ADVERTISING knowingly advertised by this company and its affiliates. The ride is super rigid meaning you feel every single bump and pebble. And the frame is not carbon fiber nor is it carbon fiber composite. It’s fancy plastic which makes it dangerous to ride at the speeds the company “advertises”. The controller randomly turns off which is dangerous and could be deadly if riding in low light. The app is a joke, the “turbo/25mph mode” does absolutely nothing. Almost as bad as customer service which totally ignores you. All in all, I’ve wasted 2-3 months and 2 thousand dollars. Don’t make the same mistake….

I purchased this product because its lighter weight (I live in a third floor apartment). My previous experiance was with rented ebikes. Imagine my surprise when I had to download an app to my phone and give it all sorts of prmissions to access my personal data just to set it up. And the bike only works when the black box that controls everything has the right fingerprint for a single user. I can't return it. And feel like I wated $1400. Don't buy.
