Overall, I really love this back and neck massager. It always seems like I want a massage when my spouse is gone at work - and this massager fixes that to a large degree. The small and large curves make it easy to get around to your back or neck, and the various protrusions, including the two larger protrusions that jut out right where the curves start, make it simple to grab and apply the appropriate amount of pressure for a good massage. This tool is quite large but can be disassembled into two larger pieces - but also feels solid when put together. Very happy with this tool.
