Needed a quality / reasonably priced bread slicing tool to slice up a dozen loafs of homemade sourdough bread for a party. Normally just slice with a good bread knife by hand but this was simply too much. Took a chance on this Brvclon unit and was frankly surprised at how good it is. Fresh Sourdough isn't easy to slice. Tough and crusty outside, soft and sometimes inconsistent crumb inside. I sliced all 12 loaves in about 20 minutes or so, including putting the slices in their party storage containers. It cut every slice just right and of equal thickness. I got more slices out of each loaf than usual by hand. Probably an extra 20% easy. Cool. The little machine worked great. Easy to adjust thickness and cut. One issue you might have is that the base to the left of the blade (the uncut loaf side) is too small to support a whole loaf. So I just put a small cutting board of the same height to provide more surface support. NP. I've since used this machine on my other breads and doubt I'll be using my trusty bread knife as much in the future!!

I can now cut my bread with ease! Works great so much less work and easy clean up!

Forgot to take photos before the party but bread slices still in good shape after traveling jumbled in bag to/from party! Made 7.5 quarts of dip (3 flavors) for party and six loaves of tube bread (sweet white, light rye, steakhouse brown) and this rotary bread slicer is AMAZING...my husband took over because it was so fun to use lol. Can't wait to do a wedding shower tea with perfect canape bread slices not to mention a mini sandwich spread at our next family gathering! Thank you to the other reviewer who mentioned doing a slicer comparison with her daughter's German bread slicer because that helped me make my choice and I'm very happy with this purchase especially at this price point.

Wasted $120 on this joke! The handle snapped off during my first use—almost dropped the bread. The scale markings vanished after one wipe, making thickness adjustments impossible. This thing takes up more counter space than my microwave! Total garbage

Bought this for my wife and she loved it. Works great and reasonably priced for the quality.

I was very hesitant on buying it cause it is more than I wanted to spend but I am so glad we did. It is so easy! I hated cutting the bread before and now I dont mind doing it.

Works great. Suction cups hold well. Much better than hand slicing sourdough.
