I’m so glad that they have refill purchases! I saved my last container and quickly refilled my bottle. My order came quickly too. This serum is awesome. My skin feels great after use and firmer. The smell is just so soft and beautiful. Caudalie is an amazing line. I will definitely purchase again.

This serum has a light floral and green plant scent. Its lotion-like texture is super lightweight, and it absorbs almost immediately. It dries to a matte finish with no tackiness. It's perfect for summer when heavy skincare doesn't feel too great.I've been using this product once a day for about 8 days, and while I do see very slight lifting, especially on my forehead, the negatives outweigh the positives for me. Unfortunately, this product caused me to break out in areas I typically don't, which suggests it may have irritated my skin or that my skin didn't like one of the ingredients.I didn't really notice that I was breaking out more than usual until around day 5. I wasn't too concerned about it at this point because I didn't have any other signs of irritation like stinging or dryness. However, by the end of the week, my breakouts had worsened, and my skin became drier. The pimples also started stinging when I applied other skincare products, and makeup looked bad. My foundation clung to dry patches and no longer looked smooth. So, despite the slight firming effects, I was not happy with how bad my skin texture became. However, I don't want to give up on this serum because it does work pretty fast. Moving forward, I'll lower my usage to see if that lessens the irritation while maintaining the skin firming effects.

I found out how to break open the pin at the top of the refill tube, and I had an empty glass pump bottle ready to receive the creamy fluid. I had been checking the product page and had to figure out why I had a refill tube, not a whole bottle. There is a price difference, so this choice is the least expensive. Well, it was a day before I received my empty bottles to fill. I ordered separately and only needed one. I spent a bit on the two bottles because this is not just some random, cheap cream; this is a lovely product with optimal benefits to my skin, and it is well worth the wait for me to try today for this review. In the future, I will use the other bottle for something else, such as another one of these serum refills. That is pretty clear what I am saying. The cream is a nutritious serum that does tend to firm my skin. My face looks great, and I may apply added moisturizer and some foundation, as desired. This isn't a sticky cream like other skin "tighteners"; it is a pleasant texture you would want for deep moisturizing, and not too heavy either. The scent is not perfumy, just healthy skincare.Over the last several years, I have taken good care of my skin, and it really shows. I am 69 years old, but I doubt that people see my age when they look at me. There was a time when I was using a CPAP, and wrinkles were starting to happen like crazy. I have learned how to get my Z's without this curse; I use many pillows.This is a lovely product for gift-giving. I would either include the bottles or get the regular, full-featured bottle.I send gifts from Amazon to recipients with personalized greetings unless I can see them in person to present them to them. This holiday season, I will not be seeing my son in person.It is easy to wash off your face with any average cleanser; I make it gentle and use towelettes, which are easier for me.This has been a good experiment. If you are going with the refill, which is less expensive, I recommend you get nice bottles. Even though you are paying more for bottles, in my case, they are frosted glass, making the serum look inviting!This is a pricey item that is also way above average in quality.Enjoy!

I've been using Caudalie products for a while now and have always been impressed with the quality. So I was really looking forward to giving this serum a try. It's important to keep in mind this is just a refill, so you'll either need the original bottle of this, or some sort of other container to store it. I opted for the latter. I find this to have a very subtle yet pleasant smell. It absorbs into the skin very quickly and definitely moisturizes well. I have not yet noticed diminished fine lines, but I also understand that comes with time. It does make my skin feel plump. At over $70 for half an ounce, it's quite pricey and can't say it does a better job than some lower-cost serums, but I'll give it time.
