When we say a product is "free from," we mean it.   I hope you'll love our mixes as much as I enjoy bringing them to you.   From Anna™ Directions You will need: 1 package Banana Bread Mix 1/3 cup oil 2 jumbo eggs, well-beaten 3 ripe medium bananas, pureed,  in a food processor or blender (approx. 1 cup) 2/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)   Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Set rack to center. Grease 8 ½ x 4 ½ loaf pan. Mix all wet ingredients until creamy, add Breads From Anna® Banana Bread mix and stir until well blended, fold in chopped nuts.
