gel nail polish

I’m not a professional, just a beginner, but this set worked great for me!As some other reviews said, the UV curing light isn’t strong, but I just kept my hand in for a full 90 seconds each coat and it cured very well. Make sure the coats are thin so it cures all the way and you’ll be perfect.The base coat didn’t seem to fully dry no matter how many times I cured it, so I just ended up using the regular colors on top of it anyway and they cured fine. So, not sure what’s up with the base coat, but it didn’t seem to matter in the end.It’s not anything crazy, but for the price and items included, I thought it was a great deal!

I got this kit because I want to save money on going to the salon and getting my nails done, and I wanted to do something for myself and for my seasonal depression... so I ordered this on Valentines day and I did my nails on Saturday. I am very impressed how easy it was. I am still new to gel nails but I love all the colors and how bright all the colors are. I am getting ideas on what to do for for each holiday. I cannot wait for St. Patricks day now. 10/10 recommend.Oh I also have the nail extensions on as well. Really happy it come with those so when I am not working in the school kitchen, I can have them a little bit longer during the summer.will be ordering more products from lavender violets in the future.

The nails themselves and the lamp are nice but the polishes are horrible- way too thick and annoying to manage, prone to peeling because of this. Decent starter kit but I ended up breaking down and immediately buying born pretty and model one gels instead for only a few bucks more and would have saved money had I just bought those ones in the first place.

The glue to hold the nails did not stick. But the rest of the kit is great!
