Worked perfectly for my radio/cd player after the original cord seemed to have been sliced.

Works great with multiple devices we have. Cord is a good length. A little thin but most cords like this are. I would buy again if needed.

Works for BP monitor, but comes with plugs you better not use because the adapter itself is not adjustable and will destroy anything that's plugged in, except a very narrow number of gadgets. Double check the voltages and polarities before buying.

I used this product for a Christmas decoration.

Purchased to use with an OMRON blood pressure device. The device said it was a 6v power supply, but I could not tell what size pin was on it. I’m glad I bought this one because the “standard” size was too large and one of the adapters fit well. I was able to use my device without batteries which was great. In any case this worked very well for my application and I am happy with it. It was also priced lower than many other options, especially the factory option.

This works according to spec. On my multimeter, the output registers 6.188 volts and did not vary. The tips are well-designed and are labeled. The transformer seems to be more solid than others. It met my needs. If the polarization of the tips were reversible, it would work for 6v sevices that have jacks with the positive charge in the center.

If you are looking for a DC adapter with multiple ends, look no further. It works great and seems durable! A must buy!
