These headsets worked amazingly in rain and snow (yes, snow on a motorcycle). Did 1,000 miles with them, and they worked flawlessly. Great range, clear audio, easy to adjust and install, and holds a charge forever. Highly recommended!

I ordered this blue tooth headset for a month long trip and it only lasted for two days and because I was gone longer then the warranty lasted I have no recourse for any help. There is no way to contact Amazon. I am extremely disappointed in the headset and Amazon.

Im Großen und Ganzen, sehr zu empfehlen. Tut all das was es soll, und auch in allerlei befriedigender Qualität. Einbau etwas fummel Arbeit aber kommt auf den Helm drauf an. Es muss nicht immer das "Top" Produkt sein, mit 1 Mio. Marketing Werbung. Auch so ein Produkt ist genauso gut und günstiger.

Koppelung mit Smartphone ging schnell und einfach. Eine Verbindung zu verschiedenen Sena Kommunikationsgeräten nach stundenlangen und verschiedenen Versuchen erfolglos. Das Gerät ist damit für mich unbrauchbar.
