Vile, bitter and nasty. Nothing like caramel. That is my personal opinion but you will ha e to make up your mind for yourself. Everyone's taste buds are different. I know the difference between caramel or not.

Avoid if celiac or / wheat gluten intolerant!
Avoid if you have celiac disease as they hide that it contains soluble fibre and on label it’s hidden underneath. It’s only when you search on is it suitable for celiacs says no

As a self proclaimed caramel-in-my-coffee addict, I do enjoy this one. First it’s not strong, a few drops just won’t do. You need a good squirt to taste anything. It doesn’t have that strong stevia taste that many people dislike. It’s not the best caramel flavoring in the world but let’s be honest, it’s difficult to find a healthier coffee flavoring option at home so I do appreciate this one.
