I'm good!
I enjoy reading the book. However, the exercises are thought provoking and I wasn't ready to dive into them, probably because I feel like I'm good and I don't need to over analyze my feelings. I know this is the wrong approach and maybe in the future, I will dive into it, but not right now.

Comfortably took me out my comfort zone...
I used this book for an inner deep dive which I has never really undertaken to date. I feel the material within the book was extremely proficient. Each section started with a high level and understandable explanation of the particular stress point and then the author usually used some relatable real life experience that brought it all together. The exercises in each section through repetition really made the content stick and become truly meaningful. The consistent challenge of pulling from my memories or real-time challenges and triumphs was really helpful as I don’t have people repeatedly challenging me daily. Since completing, I have held myself a lot more accountable with stopping certain actions, focusing on the foundation of whatever that good or bad thing is and resetting as needed.Overall it was a good experience that took me out of my comfort zone but not in a negative and embarrassing way.

A Way to Build and Rebuild Trust of Self and Others
This workbook walks its readers through the essential steps of what it takes to begin the journey of building trust in others and one's self. It utilizes the essential building blocks of vulnerability, mindfulness, and self-compassion as a foundation for this process and features a series of exercises that are practical holistic, and easy to understand to support this effort. The exercises allow a person to reflect on their feelings about what it takes to overcome betrayals of trust and to envision steps they can take to strengthen trust in others and self-trust. This "head to heart to hand" process is the mortar that holds the blocks of learning how to trust together. Thank you, Nancy, for sharing this important process with the world.

game changer
It’s surprisingly easy to understand yet completely life changing. I didn't realize that a workbook could be such an effective mental health tool. It helps you understand things that you have known about yourself for ages such as self defense mechanisms and makes you reevaluate when and how you use them if at all. The material often shows you aspects about yourself that are hard to look at, such as the fact that although many people are aware of their trust issues with other people, it's difficult to admit that sometimes they can't trust themselves.
