I wanted to write a review because I have seen a lot of bad reviews of this thing online regarding input response time, aspect ratio, and quality of image. All of which either Intec Gaming has silently fixed or way overstated. There is no visible input response lag for me with a tv in gaming mode. The aspect ratio when set to "4:3" actually seems like it might be correct aspect ratio, 3:2 as its slightly wider than I'd expect for 4:3. I don't have a way to test to be certain, but it seems to me to be correct aspect ratio when set to 4:3. The only slight complaint is yes it does SLIGHTLY soften the image, but it still looks better than other solutions i have tired such as Retron 5 (bad emulation), and super retro advance adapter.it takes about 20-30 minutes to put this together. Faster if you just skip turning your old GBA into a controller (its neat, but just use a SNES controller like a wireless 8bitdo SN30 for a better experience.)If you are on the fence because of the old outdated reviews I wouldn't let them discourage you from trying this great solution for turning your old GBA into a full fledged HDMI capable console!
