I’ve tried a few massage guns in the past, but the Bob and Brad C2 Massage Gun absolutely stands out. Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is my second massage gun. The first one was over twice as expensive and quit working within a year. I was pleasantly surprised with how well this one was built right when I first picked it up. I could tell that it had a much more solid construction Right away. One thing to note would be that it will shut off when the motor gets to hot, which is a safety feature to make sure the device lasts a long time and also to make sure you are not over using it. However, you can let it cool for a few minutes and begin using it again. It will turn right back on, but I don’t know that that would be recommended

Can’t say enough great things about the C2 Pro massage gun I bought in December. It did stop all of a sudden at the beginning of May but I emailed the support email address right away and the response was quicker than most companies. A lot of companies do not stand behind their product, take days to respond (if at all) and have some sort of excuse not to help; it was absolutely the opposite experience I that I had. I gave them the information they requested and within 24 hours they sent a replacement without further explanation. Even though I had some trouble with the first massage gun, it worked well before and works great now. The attachments are perfect, especially the one that heats and cools, I was surprised that it got so warm and cool. I have had some surgeries the past few years due to breast cancer so my shoulders get extremely tight still and this massage gun works perfectly for my shoulder blades and entire back!

Definitely worth getting one if you get or have sore muscles whether from working out or injuries.I love this massager and it comes with plenty of accessories (different massage tips) to give you the massage you need. The battery life is decent and it's easy enough to charge. I didn't think I really needed the tip that does heat and cold, but it actually works really well. It's pretty amazing actually. My favorite tip is the soft(ish) ball and if you're really sore and can't take the direct impact, you can simply turn the unit to the side to reduce the amount of impact you feel. My daughter liked mine so much she bought one too. She got a slightly different model from the same manufacturer, but likes mine better (although they have almost all the same features).The case is really nice to keep your massage gun and all of the tips together.

Great item. I did have a failed battery after a few months and contacted customer support. They were happy to replace after showing the product was faulty. I appreciate a company that stands behind their product. Hopefully the battery and massage gun lasts a few years now.

I Was very happy with this product until I wasn't. The battery died (note: don't let the battery run down to zero) and I was unable to charge the unit. So I contacted the company and happily provided them all the necessary information as requested. I was emailed back the next day and was informed that a new unit was on the way. Not only did they replace the unit but gave me the next level better model for the inconvenience. I was astonished. Two days lated the new unit was in my mail box, and another email stated that I need not return the old broken unit. The new one works GREAT. Very light but also strong and powerful. I Highly recommend This item and the company. Hats off to Bob and Brad, they are what real customer service is about.
