Please mention the ingredients in the spice.

The aroma is of high quality of garam masala

Hello i bought this. there are two packets. so each packet will be suffcient for how much amount of rice and meat? how you use it for mutton?

Ideally one pkt is for one kg meat or chickn along with around 800g rice....this is the proportion we use. However, this masala is high on chilli as per our taste...so we use half pkt with above portion and add some 3tsp dhania powder also.

For half kg rice and 350/400 gms vegetables how much of masala to use?

There are two pouches of Masala in the boxes.. Kindly use one full pouch .

In step 2 do we have to boil the chicken pcs seperately or along with the masala added in step 1, do v add the masala, chicken while layering r stock

Dear Sir,Step No. 2 is continuation of Step No.1 . Water is added to the content prepared in Step No.1 i.e Chicken is boil along with the masala added in step No.1. After the meat is tender, chicken pieces are taken out and the stock is strained through sieve. Only the liquid portion of the stock is to be used while layering along with the chicken pieces while the remaining masala is to be discarded.Kindly do understand that in Lucknow's Biryani, only the meat pieces and stock(remaining masala discarded after sieving) is used while layering. The main principle behind this that there should be no presence of masala in the Biryani while it flavour , taste and aroma should be there.

Great result

This one is by far the best Awadhi biryani masala (because of the ingredients and can be used for preparing Kolkata biryani) after going through many biryani masala. Great flavour, subtle smell & not overpowering. If anyone prepare biryani with this masala in a correct way/quantity, then they will get one of the best outcome. After the trial, I placed order for few more packets.My only concern- the packaging was not in a box (as shown in the pictures) but in a foil however, it doesn’t matter much unless it’s original.

Too hot and spicy!!!!

Flaviur is very hot and spicy. Aroma is very nice. Unlike Hyderabadi and Bombay biriyani, Awadhi biriyani and Kolkata biriyani are not supposed to be this much hot. Salt is also included. I guess, red chilli powdee has been added too much in quantity.

Very good flavour but due to delivery charge, it become overpriced

For flavour - 5 star especially Lucknow Biryani flavour . But additional delivery charge make it very costly. If delivery charge is removed, i would have been a regular user of it.
