I have ordered it several times! It's very high in Polyphenols.The taste is pretty strong like any good olive oil should be!

Excellent high grade olive oil
Pricey. But so good. Take a sip from time to time. May save for this and premium dressings, etc. Getting a less expensive brand to marinate with. Disappears quickly. Beautiful bottle, nice cap.

This is my favorite evoo
High in poly phenols and a smooth, clean taste. Not too green/sharp. I hope the tariffs don’t price it out of reach- it’s already on the expensive side.
