Rates up there with one of the worst pre-workouts ever IMO. Again I know everyone will have different tolerance, but this stuff tastes AWFUL! Almost burns going down your throat and straight up nasty. I do not know why a big company like this would put out this type of product. I guess you get what you pay for.

For the price this stuff is great. However it does taste pretty bad. I don’t care about flavor but if you are someone that does then look elsewhere. The effects and results from this product are as stated on the label.

This pre-work has been great. Works as it is advertised, doesn't taste horrible, and seems to be a good balance of enough energy without keeping me up and fidgety later during the day/night.

This is a good “starter” preworkout. If you’ve never used one before or your caffeine tolerance is low then it’s a good option. If you are an experienced preworkout user then you probably won’t feel anything from it. I do agree the cherry limeade flavor at first was terrible but it’s not bad after a while. Considering the price I’m not going to complain.

It doesn’t work. I took it a half hour before workout and then an hour before and it still didn’t work. I feel no different and still have no energy. I don’t know if I’m doin g something wrong or if I expected too much for this pre workout.

I never write reviews but the taste of this pre workout warranted warning people. This is the worst tasting pre workout I have ever had the displeasure of tasting. As a pre workout itself it is decent. Gives you a good pump and some energy but it is difficult to get past the taste

Love this stuff, gets the job done

So half a scoop of this in 16 to 30 oz of water is almost drinkable. In terms of getting you set for a workout, the taste is far more of a deterrent then the chemicals are a drive. Skip it and get something you an enjoy for a bit more.
