This is the second one I have ordered. The first one was returned because did not work and actually looked like a return. This one is amazing. It is a one motor machine and budget friendly. Pros: 1. Light enough to easily set up but substantial to be very stable. 2. Instructions are very well done. Easy to understand. Still in the learning new ways to use it. 3. This vibration platform has significantly reduced lower back pain. Improved my sleep and lymphatic drainage and digestive system. 4. I use it every day. Started at very low level for 5 minutes twice a day. I am gradually increasing the time. 5. I read that you shouldn't let your body anticipate so being able to use the remote makes it very easy to change the speed up and down. Also you can change the time on the fly as well. Cons: Only 1, the cord is shorter than I would have liked, but a 3 prong extension cord fixed that. My cord has a block with its own on off switch as well as the units. I always unplug it and store it. Its size makes it very easy to store. Over all: I am very happy with it. It has improved my mobility and quality of life. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a great quality, budget friendly unit.

WOW ! This is a fantastic machine. Looks very well made and attractive. Comes with everything you need for a refreshing vibrational treatment. Powerful, and adjustable. So relaxing to use, and my aches and pains are very much diminished after using. I wish I had known about this sooner! It has amazing vibrations which are controllable. Also comes with a remote control, and arm bands.

I’ve been seeing these everywhere and while my body is currently in the chaos that is perimenopause, I panic bought this in the middle of the night. It arrived and I immediately tried it. Easy to connect - I was up and running within minutes. As I upped the vibration pace, my body adjusted. I did 10 minutes and I felt weird. But good weird. My husband came home and was a total skeptic. Didn’t believe this could do anything for either of us. I convinced him to hop on and set him at a mid-high level circulation. When he stepped off, he was also a believer. We are both daily users and helps tremendously with lymphatic drainage, core and posture strengthening, and I often add hand weights while I’m up there. 💯 worth it, especially at this price point (I did comparisons).

So far so good after two weeks of use! After years of chronic hip pain, I read up on vibration plates and took a chance on this one. My hips are so much better for it. I can lay down at night without pain. Bonus- it is fantastic for helping stretch out muscles. As a weight lifter and runner, traditional stretching was not cutting it, and this plate helped tremendously. It's too soon to tell the benefits of lymphatic drainage and core strengthening- this would be an added bonus for sure. Great price. Not too loud at all. Desired results within a few days. Worth it.

Love the machine. Like the different settings and vibrations! Use it after my workouts! Very sturdy and not too bulky.

the equipment operates as advertised. We both use it. Doesn't take up a lot of space and it is so easy to use you will use it regularly. Good value for the money.

This is the second unit we’ve bought. The first one was a gift for my parents last Christmas. They love it so much that I had to buy one for my wife and me. But it wasn’t until we were able to try out my parents’ vibration plate during our visit. This SoftGym vibration plate works so well and can feel the effects on my legs the first time I tried it. Took some getting used to. But once I got used to it, I was able to complete the 10 minute default timed exercise without any problems. I love that it has suction cups at the bottom to prevent it from sliding all over the floor and the platform itself is highly slip resistant. It had those button knobs that you step on that further helps with your foot court. It doesn’t weigh much so it’s pretty easy to move around the house, but you’ll have to release the suction cups’ pressure on all corners before you can lift it up. My wife is pretty light and I’m about 165 lbs. This vibration plate has no problems at all. It’s strong enough to carry both of us on it. Not advisable, but possible. As far as I know, my parents are still using theirs and there are 4 of them at their house using their SofGym vibration plate multiple times during the day. Highly recommended.

I literally just unboxed it, plugged it in, threw in some batteries for the remote, and hopped on! I've never used ones of these before so I followed the manual & did the beginner program. Got insanely itchy & hopped right off 6 minutes later😂 supposedly that's normal but I didn't know until I just googled it lol. First impression- its nice. Its compact, quiet, it feels good aside from the itch that started, & its not an eye sore. Im excited to continue using it. I work hybrid, attached to my computers & screens, so my plan is to use this for a session on one of my breaks on my WFH days. It seems like a nice way to break up too much sitting until I can go out for a walk on my lunch. I'll come back to update after 30 days!!! 😊

BROKE AFTER TWO WEEKS AND NO ONE IS REPLYING TO THE EMAILS OR MESSAGES ABOUT A REPLACEMENT, PLEASE ADVISE.

No me gusta , en el nivel más bajo es terrible como vibra ... La he usado solo una vez , te destroza las rodillas. No la recomiendo ; una mala opción de compra .
