Bargain! Already paid for itself as it's doing the same for me as a weekly osteopath visit was. Using it two or three times a day plus after exercise is helping get my back into better shape.The English instructions are somewhat lacking and appear more brief than the german ones so that causes the build to take longer.The main instruction missing is to make sure you use the side supports on the correct sides then the bump stop does face the front; just line up the bump stop piece to both side supports before assembly and it becomes obvious which side is which.Make sure you set up the strap to limit the table to near horizontal first, then adjust the balance by moving the height adjustment pin until moving your arms from across your chest to above your head tilts the table.Surprisingly awful courier experience as DPD didn't deliver on the day they said they would (I took the day off work to be in for the delivery) and they ignored the rearranged delivery day and just delivered it to a neighbour a few days later.

Fantastic quality . Takes a while to put together-ideally needs 2 people. I have suffered with mechanical low back pain for years and have tried all manner of pain killers and exercises which help with a variable degree of success. Unfortunately the chronicity of the pain has lead to my spine becomming slighly twisted to compensate. When my back is aching with some nerve root pain 5 minutes on this inversion table gives me almost instant relief.I am also standing straighter. Inversion is not for everyone as is can lead to temporary postural vertigo on assuming the up right position, but I have found it very useful so far.

Ok where do I start, it is well made but not so clever when it comes to the instructions, it's much easier if it's two of you but one person can assemble it. Yes it takes nearly two hours to assemble but after that you get to use it and it feels the part. The strap that stops it going too far is a bit flimsy and ones you have put it together it will stay in that room until you pull it apart. But all that said it has my thumbs up.

Excellent quality for the price. It is easy enough to assemble but you do need two people. The quality is great and I am pleased with how it works and is easy to use. Well worth the money.

Well made, good ankle support, seems to work for me with 3 x 5 min sessions a day at a 60 degree angle, feeling more mobile already.
