Q: Does the ACTIVE STYLUS actually work on the Switch (Super Mario Maker 2)?

I don't believe the Switch can take full advantage of the features of an active stylus but it works very well. The fine tip can be used for more precise placement and the eraser style tip for placing groups of blocks, etc. In my experience I liked the eraser side better. I feel the fine tip would work much better for me if I would use a screen protector, especially a glass one. When using the fine tip on my phone it moved across the screen much smoother compared to the Switch's plastic screen.

Q: Can you use it on a Samsung tablet?

Yes. It works with most touchscreens.

Q: Would this work for the steam deck as well? i believe they have the same type of screen but i was hoping someone could confirm before i spend $20 :)
