Perfect for 3 month old
Bought for my newest granddaughter, they are perfect for attaching to the carrier and she seems to love them. Fast forward now 6+ months and they attach to other stuff and she loves them

Chimes are very soft
Baby likes colors but the chimes are very, very soft and the rocker needs to be rocked vigorously just for it to be heard.
