great controller with minor issues
I never had any issues with this controller such as stick drift, button going bad or bumpers going bad...none of that I bought both the tournament edition & the Pro version & the T.E. edition is better. The pro version disconnects, but not often. I use the T.E. edition for both xbox and PC & I love how versatile it is. My only 2 issues is #1 the razer app which you can't see what other profiles you have made from xbox to PC besides the only 4 programmable profiles, the other issue of this controller is the ergonomics, the handles part where you hold the controllers is too short. They should of kept the ergonomics from the first razer wolverine which the handles are longer.

This is the best controller I've used period.
I'm just going to make an itemized list: Everything is clicky except the bumpers which feel like bumpers, so still kinda clicky. The triggers become tactile clicky buttons with the stops in place, they're still the mushiest things on the controller, but this is as good as it gets without using a fancy a switch controller that lacks analog input entirely. All the bonus buttons are super comfortable, the extra shoulders are easier to reach than the triggers, all the back buttons are comfortable to rest on, easy to press, but not easy to accidentally press while doing bayonetta combos. The Dpad is great, it's a big shield pad, works great for fighting games diagonals are easy to hit, you can absolutely use this as a fight pad if you don't want to buy a pro style daily driver and a fight pad individually. I see what people are saying about the analog sticks being stiff, but I like them just fine, they'll probably break in. no changeable, tops, but these are fine for everything I've tried The software is mid, it does what you need but it does like a steam big picture full-screen thing, and it really wants you to control it with the pad, also you can't save multiple profiles to the pad which sucks, but that's my only complaint. They fixed the light that shines directly in your face on the V2. I haven't had it long enough to vouch for long term durability, but I bought this to replace my V2 chroma that's seen daily use for like three years, and the only noticeable damage it's suffered is the printing on the buttons wearing off.

Absolutely fantastic controller, IF you can get it to behave.
This controller has got a lot going for it, feels great in every way, I was used to dual rear paddles, but adapted quickly to 4 and stopped using front buttons completely. And the trigger locks have upped my game considerably, but it’s all for naught since this controller has some serious reliability flaws on PC. I play hours of competitive pvp daily and this controller will work fine for about a week or two before it starts exhibiting serious issues. 1st controller: worked solid for about two weeks before the haptic feedback would suddenly jump to max and keep vibrating excessively while jerking my aim in random directions, have to fight the stick to get it back on target and unplug the controller and replug it to stop the excessive vibrating. The issue is progressive, it started happening once every couple of days and slowly progressed until it was happening several times a match, totally unacceptable. I returned it for a replacement which was solid for about a week then suddenly began disconnecting in the middle of a match, constantly… I had about 10 disconnected controller errors in a 15 minute period. This was not a physical wire connection issue as others have had, pressing any button would immediately get the controller working and the error would go away until the next one popped up. Both controllers also have some stick drift on the left stick out of the box when set to 3% dead zone, but not terrible. Flicking the stick causes it to reset properly and stop drifting, my 2nd controller has the least drift. Setting the zone to 0% causes a lot of drift, so I keep it at 3%. In comparison, my gamesir T4 had zero drift with 0% dead zone, it took 7 months of daily use to cause just a tiny bit of drift at 0%, unfortunately the back buttons do not last and begin sticking after constant use, which led me to the Razer controller. I paid full price for the razer and did not get a free one, so this is my honest review of a $100 controller with serious glitches. Great packaging and premium feel (when it works.) amazon won’t give me a 3rd replacement, so I’ll just have to return for a refund, which is too bad because I really like this controller, but I can’t be out $100 for something that is giving me these kinds of problems when controllers for less than half the price don’t have these kinds of issues. I would steer clear; you can google the issues above and find that many people are having similar problems with this controller. One other issue I had with this controller on PC is that my keyboard and mouse will not work in game while this controller is connected. This prevents being able to utilize any sort of chat function or alternative control of your character while the controller inevitably glitches out. Even going into windowed mode to try and do something on the desktop while the game runs keeps my mouse function locked out, I have to ctrl+alt+delete to get it back. I've never encountered this issue with any other controller on PC. Also, as others have pointed out, the USB-C connection on this controller is as cheap as they come. It's the only physical part of the controller that feels like complete junk, it disconnects easily and wiggles under the weight of the cable right out of the box. Terrible oversight considering this is a wired only controller. If you're set on taking on the challenge of owning this controller, I would seriously suggest using a Mag safe usb-c style connection adapter so that you can minimize wear on the port. *Update* I had to downgrade my rating from 3 stars to 1 star. I thought I had been able to address the random disconnect error by using Xbox polling mode (250Mhz) instead of PC mode (1000mhz), this actually stopped the random d/c errors, and I was willing to use 250hz for reliability. However, a new problem entirely has emerged; the controller now just shuts itself off completely in the middle of a game. Pressing any button does nothing to turn it back on. I have to disconnect it from the PC and reconnect, then press the Xbox button repeatedly-almost like I'm giving the dumb thing CPR to get to 'come back to life.' A few times I thought it was dead completely because it didn't respond after repeated attempts, but it eventually comes back on, absolutely ridiculous. It's already cost me a competitive match, such unreliable junk unworthy of "Tournament" anywhere in its name. It's really unfortunate, because the Razer design team did a fantastic job on this controller, if only the hardware and software team were as good. Because for whatever reason, this controller is determined to misbehave no matter what you do to try to make it work. And I see this is a common theme across many of Razer's devices.

Amazing controller but has auto-disconnect issues after a few months
This controller pretty much fit everything specification that I wanted it to. Four back paddles, extra button customization, stick drift prevention, great sounding buttons, wired for better performance. HOWEVER. After about 3 months of owning this controller, it began to disconnect from my Xbox at random points with no method of prevention. I decided I'd change the cable to a different one; this worked...for another month. Then it had the same issue again, and I've been unable to fix it via all forms of troubleshooting. I won't say that this is ENTIRELY a dealbreaker, because when it works (and occasionally it still will for a few hours at a time) it is an amazing controller. But I can't really rate it higher than three stars due to the sheer amount of time that I have died in a multiplayer game because my controller decided to turn off in the middle of a fight. It is INFURIATING. Luckily, Razer offers a one-year warranty. Even with this issue, I still like this controller a million times better than the official Xbox ones. Somehow, even though this controller is not good and fails constantly, Razer's quality is still better than the official Xbox ones.

Pros +The face buttons feel very satisfying to press love the sound and feedback. Every button has a satisfying click but the face buttons have that extra cushion to make it a hybrid where the sound and action is like a mouse but depressing the key feels like a nice mechanical keyboard. +The hair triggers with mouse click option is awesome too, practically no delay, they feel and sound just like a mouse click, I bet people who are very familiar with gaming mice like myself will love them, though I can see some people disliking it if you are expecting a feel like the face buttons on a regular controller or something hard when pressed it might not be for everyone. + The extra shoulder buttons are nice and responsive, paddles are also very easy to click and have the same mouse click type feedback + Excellent feel in the hand compared to a stock controller, feels more ergonomic for my medium sized hands. I have tried the elite series 2,dual sense edge on ps5 and of course the stock Xbox and ps5 controllers and I like the ergonomics of this controller the best. + Build quality is good, seems solid, provided braided cable feels very premium too. + Mapping the extra shoulder and paddle buttons is super easy, you don't even need the app. The controller has a dedicated function key that you press down in combination to assign and you get feedback through the led light when the assignment is successful. Cons - The sticks leave a lot to be desired, perhaps the weakest point of this entire package. They don't feel as satisfying and smooth to use as the Xbox elite. The closest comparison is the stock Xbox controller, if you are fine with how those feel you will feel right at home, I prefer the smoothness and glide of the elite and dual sense edge on ps5. But no stick drift risk here, you win some you lose some i suppose. Would have liked: +The paddles to be detachable, you are kinda stuck with them on permanently. I like how elite and dual sense edge give you a choice if you want them on or not. +Wish the face buttons had some colorful accents like the stock controller or just a dash of color here and there, the stock all black look is a bit boring and basic I feel. + The price to be a bit lower, I feel 100$ CAD would have been perfect for what's on offer here, regular price of 140 is not bad value, but it could be so much better. If you can get this on sale itll be awesome. Conclusion: Happy with the everything on offer here. If you like the feel and clickiness of gaming mice, or are a PC gamer looking for something analogous to that in controller form, I feel you will be very happy with this controller.

Great component. Exceeded expectations. Great tactile feedback with the switches and buttons. Incredible control flexibility. I prefer the cord over the wireless so the cost saving is an added plus.

O controle é muito bom, entrega o que promete, achei um pouco mais duro os movimentos do analógico. Tem um detalhe negativo que é o cabo, fica dando mal contato. Não sei se é só o meu.
