Delicious but potent! Don't get too much in a single mouthful. This gives any plain rice some excellent flavour - it's really fishy!

umami bomb
I like to sprinkle onto of my sushi and rice ball. Very tasty and well worth the price. It is expensive but 10g is enough for 50 sushi pieces for me. Each just a very small pinch of umami bomb favour. Definitely recommend it.
